X
Pada tahun 2017, sebanyak satu siri berjaya
dilaksanakan pada 2 hingga 4 Oktober 2017
bertempat di Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara
Wilayah Utara (INTURA), Sungai Petani, Kedah.
Seramai 50 pegawai telah hadir. Pegawai-pegawai
ini dipilih daripada pelbagai skim perkhidmatan dan
mendapat perakuan Ketua Jabatan berdasarkan
prestasi cemerlang tahunan.
Pengisian program Talent X menggunakan
pendekatan
blended learning
iaitu syarahan, kajian
kes,
role play
dan
management games.
Secara
keseluruhannya, maklum balas daripada peserta
terhadap program ini adalah amat positif.
In 2017, a series was successfully conducted from 2
to 4 October 2017 at the INTAN Northern Regional
Campus (INTURA), Sungai Petani, Kedah. A total
of 50 officers were present. These officials were
selected from various service schemes and obtained
the approval of their respective Department Heads
based on their year-end performance.
The Talent X program utilises a blended learning
approach through lectures, case studies, role-
playing and management games. Overall, the
feedback from participants to the program had
been very positive.
