• Pelaksanaan TRM-EPSA adalah bertujuan

menangani isu-isu pelaksanaan TRM sedia ada

(secara

classroom

) seperti berikut:

1. Kehadiran pegawai yang rendah;

2. Liputan kursus tidak mampu menampung

semua pegawai dari pelbagai skim dan

gred;

3. Kekangan kewangan;

4. Tahap penggunaan sistem e-Pembelajaran

Sektor Awam (EPSA) yang rendah

• Objektif Program adalah untuk meningkatkan

kompetensi dan potensi Kumpulan Pengurusan

dan Profesional Perkhidmatan Gunasama

Persekutuan (PGP) menerusi sistem EPSA bagi

tujuan kemajuan kerjaya pegawai.

• Bagi mendapatkan maklum balas awal

pegawai mengenai kursus EPSA bagi tujuan

penambahbaikan sebelum pelaksanaan TRM-

EPSA diperluaskan kepada semua Pegawai

Gunasama Persekutuan, satu projek rintis

telah dilaksanakan di Jabatan Perkhidmatan

Awam melibatkan 172 orang Pegawai Tadbir

dan Diplomatik Gred 41 dan 44 selama dua (2)

minggu mulai 5 April hingga 19 April 2017.

• Hasil maklum balas yang diberikan peserta

melalui kaji selidik atas talian telah diteliti

dan diambil tindakan penambahbaikan bagi

memastikan pelaksanaan TRM-EPSA berjalan

dengan lancar.

• The implementation of TRM-EPSA is aimed

at addressing existing TRM implementation

issues (classroom mode) as follows:

1. Low officer attendance;

2. Course coverage is incapable of

accommodating officers from various

schemes and grades;

3. Financial constraints;

4. Low level of Public Sector e-Learning

system (EPSA) usage

• The Program’s objective is to enhance the

competence and potential of the Management

and Professional Group of the Federal Shared

Services (PGP) through the EPSA system for

career advancement purposes.

• To obtain early feedback from the EPSA

course for improvement purposes prior to the

implementation of the TRM-EPSA expansion

to all Federal Shared Scheme Officers, a pilot

project was implemented at the Public Service

Department involving 172 Administrative and

Diplomatic Officers of Grade 41 and 44 for two

weeks from 5 – 19 April 2017.

• The feedback gathered from participants

through online surveys was reviewed and was

acted upon to ensure that the implementation

of TRM-EPSA goes smoothly.
