sahaja akan diberi pemangkuan ke gred

seterusnya. Pada masa ini pelaksanaan Penilaian

Kepimpinan diwajibkan ke atas pegawai skim

perkhidmatan gunasama (Perkhidmatan Tadbir

dan Diplomatik).

• Berikut adalah butiran pelaksanaan Program

Penilaian Kepimpinan bagi Tahun 2017:

• Only officers who have passed the prescribed

level shall be promoted to the next grade.

Currently, the implementation of the Leadership

Assessment is compulsory on the shared services

scheme officers (Administrative and Diplomatic

Service).

berterusan organisasi, mengatasi atau menghadapi krisis melalui keputusan bijak dan tepat dalam masa

yang singkat dan berupaya mengekalkan tahap profesionalisme dan emosi apabila berhadapan dengan

tekanan

Officers who places a target that surpasses normalcy in an effort to drive the continuous improvement

of the organisation; to overcome or confront crisis through wise and timely decisions in a short time and

capable of maintaining a proper level of professionalism and emotion when faced with stress.
