Secara keseluruhannya, maklum balas daripada
peserta terhadap program ini adalah amat
positif. Antara cadangan peserta bagi tujuan
penambahbaikan program EMDP pada masa
hadapan ialah supaya penekanan kepada aspek
kepimpinan dan penyeliaan di kalangan pegawai
peringkat pertengahan
(middle managers)
diteruskan dan para peserta diberi peluang
berinteraksi dan berkongsi pengalaman dengan
tokoh-tokoh terkemuka dalam Perkhidmatan
Awam dan sektor swasta sebagai salah satu
pendekatan

Overall, the feedback from participants of the
program had been very positive. Among the
participants’ suggestions for future improvements
of the EMDP program was to keep emphasising
on leadership and supervisory aspects among
middle managers. Participants were given the
opportunity to interact and share their experiences
with leading figures in the Public Service and
private sector as an approach in coaching and
mentoring.

IMPLEMENTATION OF TRM-EPSA COURSES FOR FEDERAL
SHARED SCHEMES FOR OFFICERS OF GRADE 41-54
• TRM-EPSA adalah inisiatif Kerajaan dalam
memperkasakan pembangunan sumber
manusia sektor awam melalui pendekatan
pembelajaran kendiri
(self learning)
yang
praktikal dan kos efektif iaitu E-Pembelajaran
Sektor Awam (EPSA) bagi membolehkan
pegawai belajar pada bila-bila masa dan di
mana jua.
• TRM-EPSA adalah salah satu elemen
pembangunan bagi melengkapkan Pegawai
Gunasama Persekutuan Gred 41 hingga 54
dengan kompetensi dalam bidang-bidang
generik seperti Pengurusan Sumber Manusia,
Etika dan Integriti, Pengurusan Kewangan,
Kepimpinan, Keselamatan, Komunikasi dan
Perundingan, Pembangunan Kendiri, Standard
Kawalan Dokumen dan Teknologi Maklumat
(IT).
• TRM-EPSA is a Government initiative in
empowering the public sector human
resources development through a practical
and cost-effective self-learning approach that
is the Public-Sector E-Learning (EPSA) to enable
officials to learn at anytime and anywhere.
• The TRM-EPSA is one of the developmental
elements to complement the Federal Shared
Scheme Officers of Grade 41 to 54 with
competencies in generic fields such as Human
Resource Management, Ethics and Integrity,
Financial Management, Leadership, Security,
Communication and Consultation, Self-
Development, Document Control Standards
and Information Technology (IT).
