EMDP
Pada tahun 2017, sebanyak satu siri berjaya
dilaksanakan pada 23 hingga 26 Oktober 2017
bertempat di Marvelux Hotel, Melaka. Seramai
23 pegawai telah hadir. Pegawai-pegawai ini
dipilih daripada pelbagai skim perkhidmatan.
Kriteria pemilihan pegawai adalah berdasarkan
pencapaian tahap prestasi yang cemerlang dan
diperakukan oleh Ketua Jabatan sebagai pegawai
berpotensi tinggi.
Memandangkan program ini memberi tumpuan
kepada pembangunan daya kepimpinan
pegawai-pegawai di peringkat pertengahan
(middle managers)
, para peserta telah dibawa
untuk bertemu sua Pegawai Daerah Jasin
merangkap Pentadbir Tanah Jasin dalam sesi
lawatan ke Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Jasin.
Melalui sesi interaksi ini, para peserta didedahkan
kepada cabaran-cabaran yang perlu dihadapi
oleh Penjawat Awam di peringkat daerah dalam
melaksanakan dasar-dasar Kerajaan yang digubal
di peringkat Kementerian dan Ibu Pejabat agar
memenuhi aspirasi Kerajaan dan pada masa yang
sama memenuhi ekspektasi Rakyat.
In 2017, a series of successful events was held
from 23 to 26 October 2017 at The Marvelux
Hotel, Melaka. A total of 23 officers were present
and was selected from various service schemes.
The criteria for officer selection were based on
their excellent performances as approved by
their respective Head of Department as a high-
potential officer.
As the program focuses on the development of
leadership in middle managers, participants were
brought to meet the officers from the Jasin District
and Land Office cum Jasin Land Administrator
during a visit to the Jasin District and Land Office.
Through this interaction session, participants
were exposed to the challenges faced by Public
Servants at the district level in implementing
Government policies drafted at the Ministry’s and
Headquarters’ levels to meet the Government’s
aspirations and at the same time fulfil the
people’s expectations.
