• Selaras dengan hasrat merealisasikan
transformasi Pengurusan Sistem Maklumat
dan Komunikasi (ICT) sektor awam, pihak
Kerajaan melalui Mesyuarat Jemaah Menteri
telah bersetuju agar peranan Unit Pemodenan
Tadbiran dan Perancangan Pengurusan
Malaysia (MAMPU) diperkasakan melalui
pemusatan dan peralihan Ketua Perkhidmatan
daripada Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam
(KPPA) kepada Ketua Pengarah MAMPU.
• Perubahan Ketua Perkhidmatan bagi Skim
PTM, PPTM dan JTK di Perkhidmatan Awam
Persekutuan. Dalam melaksanakan keputusan
perpindahan fungsi Ketua Perkhidmatan
tersebut, pihak JPA dan MAMPU telah
mengadakan beberapa siri perbincangan
dan sesi libat urus dengan pelbagai pihak
termasuklah pihak Persatuan dan Kesatuan
serta Ketua-ketua Setiausaha Kementerian
yang terlibat seperti Kementerian Pendidikan
Malaysia, Kementerian Dalam Negeri,
Kementerian
Kewangan,
Kementerian
Kesihatan dan Jabatan Perdana Menteri.
• In line with the intention of realising
the transformation of the public sector’s
Information and Communication System (ICT)
Management, the Government through a
Cabinet Meeting agreed that the role of the
Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and
Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) should
be empowered through the centralisation and
transition of Head of Services from the Director
General of Public Service (KPPA) to the Director
General of MAMPU.
• Changing the Head of Services for PTM, PPTM
and JTK Schemes in the Federal Public Service.
In implementing the Head of Services’ functions
transfer, the JPA and MAMPU held a series of
discussions and dialogues with various parties
including the Associations, Unions and the
Secretary Generals of involved Ministries such
as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Home
Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health
and the Prime Minister’s Department.
