top 10 skills in 2020 that should be equipped by graduates are:

(f) Cognitive flexibility;
(g) Judgement and Decision making;
(h) Emotional intelligence;
(i) Coordinating with others; and
(j) Negotiation

I know some of the student nowadays have some sceptical perception on
career with the government. But I would like to remind all of you that not all
