Bagi
Pegawai Berprestasi Rendah Dalam Perkhidmatan
Awam yang bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai
berfungsi dan berprestasi semula.
Sejajar dengan dengan teras Strategik Bab 9 :
Mentransformasi Perkhidmatan Awam Untuk
Produktiviti, Bidang Fokus B : Merasionalisasikan
Institusi Sektor Awam Untuk Meningkatkan
Produktiviti dan Prestasi, Strategi B3 :
Memperkenalkan Dasar Pemisah Kepada Pegawai
Yang Berprestasi Rendah.
Mekanisme Pelaksanaan Tempoh Pemerhatian
Dasar Pemisah Bagi Pegawai Berprestasi Rendah
Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam dibangunkan bagi
memastikan Pegawai Psikologi melaksanakan
intervensi secara seragam dan sistematik dalam
tempoh peemrhatian selama satu (1) tahun.

BAGI PEGAWAI BERPRESTASI RENDAH
DALAM Perkhidmatan Awam
Kumpulan sasar program ini adalah
Pengurus Sumber Manusia & Pegawai
Psikologi (Pemberi Perkhidmatan) serta
Pegawai Berprestasi Rendah (Penerima
Perkhidmatan). Objektif program ini adalah :
i. Memastikan keberkesanan program
intervensi bersepadu kepada pegawai
berprestasi rendah yang menjalani
tempoh pemerhatian dasar pemisah.
ii. Membantu pegawai berprestasi rendah
meningkatkan prestasi.
The Implementation of the Intervention Program
Within the Observation Period was in line with the
Service Circular N0. 7 Year 2015: Implementation
of the Exit Policy for Poor-Performing Public
Officers aimed at helping officers to improve their
function and performance.
In line with the Strategic Core Chapter 9:
Transforming Public Service for Productivity, Focus
Areas B: Rationalising Public-Sector Institutions to
Improve Productivity and Performance, Strategy
B3: Introducing the Exit Policy to Poor-performing
Officers.

Period
Implementation Mechanism for Poor-Performing
Officers in Public Services was developed to
ensure Psychological Officers performed the
interventions in a uniform and systematic manner
during the one-year observation period.
IMPLEMENTATION
MONITORING
MECHANISM OF THE EXIT POLICY FOR
POOR-PERFORMING PUBLIC OFFICERS
The target groups for this program are the
Human Resources & Psychological Officers
(Service Providers) and Poor-Performing
Officers (Service Beneficiaries). The
objectives of the program were:
i. To ensure the effectiveness of the
integrated intervention program to
poor-performing officers undergoing
the exit policy’s observation period.
ii. Helping poor-performing officers to
improve their performance.
