Pembangunan
Exsekutif
(EDP)
merupakan program teras di bawah Dasar
Pandang ke Timur (LEP) iaitu dibawah LEP :
1984 hingga 2015 dan LEP 2.0 : 2016 hingga
2020. Program ini merupakan kerjasama antara
Malaysia (JPA) dengan Republik Korea (NHI).
Pelaksanaan program ini telah bermula 33 tahun
lalu sejak tahun 1984 hingga kini.
Objektif program ini diadakan adalah untuk
memberi pendedahan kepada pegawai Kerajaan
Malaysia tentang falsafah dan nilai-nilai positif
yang dimiliki oleh pegawai Kerajaan Korea hingga
berjaya menjadikan negara mereka sebagai
sebuah negara maju.
Selain itu, ia juga memberi peluang kepada
peserta bagi menganalisis serta melakukan
pemerhatian terus mengenai dasar serta polisi
semasa Republik Korea dalam pentadbiran negara
dan pembangunan sumber manusia.
The Executive Development Programme (EDP) is
a core program under the Look East Policy (LEP)
under LEP: 1984 to 2015 and LEP 2.0: 2016 to
2020. This programme is a collaboration between
Malaysia (JPA) and the Republic of Korea (NHI).
The implementation of this program had started
33 years ago since 1984 until now.
The objective of the programme was to provide
exposure to Malaysian Government officials on
the positive philosophy and values owned by
Korean Government officials that had successfully
transform their country into a developed nation.
In addition, it also gives participants the opportunity
to analyse and observe the current policies of the
Republic of Korea in the country’s administration
and human resource development.
