JPA AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS 2017
Pelaksanaan Program Kualiti dan Inovasi JPA Tahun
2017 adalah sebagai langkah untuk merangsang
persekitaran dan membentuk ekosistem yang
menggalakkan inovasi serta kualiti di kalangan
warga JPA amnya dan warga Perkhidmatan Awam
khususnya. Sebagai usaha ke arah meraih inovasi
dan kreativiti, beberapa program telah dirancang
dan dilaksanakan, antaranya ialah:
1. Pensijilan Ekosistem Kondusif
Sektor Awam JPA
JPA telah menerima kunjungan pihak MAMPU
pada 22 hingga 24 Mei 2017 yang diketuai oleh
Encik Sharul Nizal bin Sharippudin dan dua (2)
Juruaudit bagi pelaksanaan Audit Pensijilan EKSA
yang melibatkan 10 Zon EKSA di Blok C1, C2 dan
C3. Sebanyak lima (5) komponen audit yang
dinilai sepanjang pengauditan tersebut.
Secara keseluruhannya, pihak MAMPU berpuas
hati dengan tahap pelaksanaan EKSA di JPA serta
komitmen yang ditunjukkan oleh warganya. JPA
secara rasminya telah menerima Sijil Pengiktirafan
Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) Kategori
Cemerlang pada 1 Jun 2017 oleh Unit Pemodenan
Tadbiran dan Perancangan Pengurusan Malaysia
(MAMPU), Jabatan Perdana Menteri. Penyampaian
Sijil Pengiktirafan EKSA oleh Ketua Pengarah
The implementation of the JPA Quality and
Innovation Program 2017 was to enhance the
current working environment to help create an
inspiring ecosystem to encourage innovation and
quality among JPA staff and the Public Service.
In an effort to achieve innovation and creativity,
several programs were planned and implemented,
which includes:
1. JPA’s Public Sector Conducive
Ecosystem Certification
JPA was visited by MAMPU from 22 to 24 May
2017, whose team was headed by Mr. Sharul Nizal
bin Sharippudin and two Auditors to implement
the EKSA Certification Audit which involved 10
EKSA Zones in Block C1, C2 and C3. Five audit
components were assessed during the audit.
Overall, MAMPU was satisfied with the
implementation level of EKSA in JPA and in the
commitment showed by its staff. JPA had officially
received the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem
(EKSA) Certificate of Excellence on 1 June 2017 by
the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and
Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) of the Prime
Minister’s Department. The EKSA Certification was
awarded by the Director General of MAMPU, Dato’
Dr. Mazlan Yusoff to the Public Service Director
