Semasa majlis tersebut, beliau telah menyentuh
6 falsafah Perkhidmatan Awam menuju
Transformasi Nasional 2050 (TN50) iaitu:
1. Kerangka Manhaj Syariah
2. Tahun 2017 sebagai Tahun Penyampaian
3. Prinsip Wala’ dan Kesetiaan
4. Budaya Kerja di Luar Kelaziman
5. Revolusi Perindustrian Keempat dan Ekonomi
Digital Menuju TN50, dan
6. Kecemerlangan Setanding Duniawi &
Kecemerlangan Setanding Ukhrawi.
Selain daripada itu, antara intipati majlis amanat
ini termasuk:
• usaha Mendepani Mehnah dan Meraikan
Pencapaian yang meliputi
“The New
Order”
Geopolitik & Keamanan, Melakar
Landskap Baharu Iktisad (Ekonomi) Negara,
Memelihara Kepentingan Dan Memenuhi
Kehendak Rakyat dan Menyongsong Masa
Depan dengan TN50;
• melakar Perjalanan Mendakapi Aspirasi TN50
yang meliputi 5 fasa bermula daripada Fasa
2020 sehingga Fasa 2050; dan
• kesetiaan Dalam Penyampaian Demi
Kesejahteraan Rakyat Dan Negara yang
meliputi Kerajaan Membela Rakyat,
Kepatuhan kepada Peraturan dan Ikrar
Penjawat Awam.
Majlis amanat ini telah disiarkan secara langsung
menerusi RTM TV1 bermula jam 9.30 sehingga
11.30 pagi dan turut diserikan lagi dengan
pelancaran buku “Falsafah Asas TN50” yang
dihasilkan dengan kerjasama pihak Pejabat
Perdana Menteri dan Yayasan Penyelidikan
Transformasi (FORT).
In his keynote address, the Prime Minister
elaborated on the following six philosophies for the
Public Service towards the realisation of National
Transformation 2050 (TN50):
1. The Manhaj Maqasid Syariah Framework
2. 2017 as the Year of Delivery
3. Principles of Loyalty and Allegiance
4. A work culture that goes “beyond the norm”
5. The fourth industrial revolution and digital
economy towards TN50, and
6. Par excellence worldly and after life
In addition, the Prime Minister also stressed on:
• The efforts to meet and achieve objectives
related to “The New Order” in geopolitics and
security, outlining a new economic landscape
(economy), protecting the interests and
fulfilling the wishes of the people, and looking
towards the future with TN50;
• designing the way forward towards achieving
TN50 Aspirations covering five phases
beginning from Phase 2020 to Phase 2050;
and
• diligence in delivery for the wellbeing of the
nation and Rakyat under the principles of a
Government that protects the Rakyat, and
adherence to the Rules and Pledges of the
Public Service.
The ceremony was broadcast live on RTM TV1
from 9.30am to 11.30am. It was followed by the
launching of the ‘Basic Philosophy of TN50’ book
produced in collaboration between the Prime
Minister’s Office and the Transformation Research
Foundation (FORT).
