MyHRMIS
Care
dibangunkan menggunakan
kepakaran dalaman Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam.
Aplikasi ini boleh dimuat turun melalui
Google Play
(Android) dan
Apps Store
(IOS).
Selain itu aplikasi mudah alih ini juga boleh didapati
di
Gallery of Malaysian Government Mobile
Applications
(GAMMA).
Program Jelajah HRMIS
BPMS telah menjelajah ke empat (4) buah negeri
bagi penganjuran Program Jelajah HRMIS. Program
ini merupakan satu aktiviti pemantauan pelaksanaan
HRMIS di Agensi dan aktiviti mempromosikan HRMIS
ke Agensi-Agensi Kerajaan.
Semasa program, satu perbincangan antara pasukan
HRMIS JPA bersama PSUK negeri telah diadakan
bagi membincangkan permasalahan yang dihadapi
oleh Agensi terutamanya yang melibatkan modul-
modul yang telah dikenakan KPI HRMIS. Pencapaian
semasa KPI HRMIS PSUK negeri turut dibentangkan
semasa perbincangan tersebut.
Selain daripada perbincangan, wakil JPA turut
mengambil peluang untuk membentangkan
Taklimat Kepentingan HRMIS Kepada Penjawat
Awam dalam satu sesi bersama Penjawat Awam.
Para peserta turut dipromosikan dengan produk-
produk nilai tambah HRMIS seperti aplikasi mudah
alih MyHRMIS Cuti, MyHRMIS Profil, MyHRMIS eGL,
MyHRMIS Self Check dan MyHRMIS Care.
Negeri-negeri yang terlibat dalam Program Jelajah
HRMIS adalah seperti berikut:
i) Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan (PSUK) Pulau
Pinang pada 29 & 30 Mac 2017;
ii) Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan (PSUK) Melaka
pada 17 & 18 April 2017;
iii) Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan (PSUK) Kelantan
pada 7 & 8 Ogos 2017; dan
iv) Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan (PSUK) Pahang 26
& 27 September 2017.
MyHRMIS Care was developed using the internal
expertise of the Public Service Department. The
app can be downloaded through Google Play
(Android) and the Apps Store (iOS).
Additionally, the mobile application is also
available at the Gallery of Malaysian Government
Mobile Applications (GAMMA).
HRMIS Road Tour Programme
BPMS had toured four (4) states as part of the
HRMIS Road Tour Program. The program was
conducted as a HRMIS implementation monitoring
activity in Agencies and to promote HRMIS to
Government Agencies.
During the programme, a discussion between
the JPA’s HRMIS team with State Secretariat
Offices (PSUKs) was held with Agencies under
the respective state PSUK’s supervision to discuss
the problems faced by Agencies especially those
involving modules subjected to the HRMIS’ KPI.
The latest KPI achievements on the state PSUK’s
HRMIS were also presented during the discussion..
Additionally, JPA representatives also took the
chance to brief public officers on the Importance
of HRMIS to Public Servants. Value-added HRMIS
products such as MyHRMIS Cuti, MyHRMIS Profil,
MyHRMIS eGL, MyHRMIS Self Check and MyHRMIS
Care mobile applications was promoted to the
participants as well.
The states involved in the HRMIS Tour Program are
as follows:
i) Penang State Secretariat Office on 29 & 30
March 2017;
ii) Malacca State Secretariat Office on 17 & 18
April 2017;
iii) Kelantan State Secretariat Office on 7 & 8
August 2017; and
iv) Pahang State Secretariat Office 26 & 27
September 2017.
