Dalam dunia yang dicorakkan oleh landskap

berganti, peranan tenaga kerja Malaysia menjadi lebih
mencabar dan kompetitif berbanding sebelumnya.
Harapan dan tuntutan dari segenap pihak ke atas
prestasi dan pencapaian perkhidmatan semakin lantang
dilontarkan, manakala palang prestasi penyampaian
perkhidmatan yang perlu dilangkaui juga telah menjadi
semakin tinggi.
Berhadapan dengan pelbagai mehnah dan tribulasi ini,
Program Transformasi Kerajaan (GTP) adalah satu-satunya
penyelesaian yang memberi pengharapan baharu.
Justeru, seluruh penyedia perkhidmatan termasuk awam
dan swasta perlu memartabatkan tadbir urus terbaik
dan meniup semboyan penyampaian perkhidmatan
terbilang demi mensejahtera kehidupan Rakyat dan
memartabatkan nama negara di persada global.

whether Government or private should strive to create
and produce the best possible governance and provide
