Dalam dunia yang dicorakkan oleh landskap

ketidaktentuan dan diasak gelombang cabaran silih

berganti, peranan tenaga kerja Malaysia menjadi lebih

mencabar dan kompetitif berbanding sebelumnya.

Harapan dan tuntutan dari segenap pihak ke atas

prestasi dan pencapaian perkhidmatan semakin lantang

dilontarkan, manakala palang prestasi penyampaian

perkhidmatan yang perlu dilangkaui juga telah menjadi

semakin tinggi.

Berhadapan dengan pelbagai mehnah dan tribulasi ini,

Program Transformasi Kerajaan (GTP) adalah satu-satunya

penyelesaian yang memberi pengharapan baharu.

Justeru, seluruh penyedia perkhidmatan termasuk awam

dan swasta perlu memartabatkan tadbir urus terbaik

dan meniup semboyan penyampaian perkhidmatan

terbilang demi mensejahtera kehidupan Rakyat dan

memartabatkan nama negara di persada global.

“In a world where the landscape is fraught with uncertainty

and subject to endless waves of trials, the role of the

Malaysian workforce has become increasingly challenging

and competitive. The hopes and demands from various

parties on service performance and achievements have

been increased while the benchmark to service delivery

that we need to surpass has become so significant.

Facing these challenges and trials, the Government

Transformation Programme (GTP) is our only solution that

gives us new hope. For this reason, all service providers

whether Government or private should strive to create

and produce the best possible governance and provide

exemplary service for the betterment of the people and to

uplift the nation’s name to a global standing. “
