Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam turut menganjurkan

serta menyelaras program-program latihan serta

pembangunan pegawai awam. Program-program

ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi,

prestasi, produktiviti dan daya inovasi Penjawat

Awam. Sebanyak 45 kursus / program telah

dianjurkan yang melibatkan 4,846 orang pegawai

perkhidmatan Gunasama seperti berikut:

Merupakan pingat dizahirkan oleh Yang di-Pertuan

Agong bagi pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam yang

menunjukkan kecemerlangan luar biasa dalam

tugas dan sumbangan di luar tugas rasmi. Insentif

daripada pingat yang diterima terdiri daripada

komponen berikut:

i. Satu Pingat Perkhidmatan Cemerlang;

ii. Sijil Pingat Perkhidmatan Cemerlang; dan

iii. Wang tunai atau Sijil/Skim Simpanan bernilai

RM1,000

Pegawai diberi peluang dan keutamaan dalam:

i. Pembangunan kerjaya seperti menghadiri

kursus, seminar atau persidangan yang boleh

menyumbang kepada peningkatan prestasi

kerja; dan

ii. Pencalonan untuk menerima Darjah

Kebesaran, Bintang dan Pingat Persekutuan

atau Negeri.

The Public Service Department also organises

and coordinates training and development

programs for public officers. These programmes

are implemented to improve the competence,

performance, productivity and innovation of Public

Servants. A total of 45 courses / programs were

organised involving 4,846 Shared Services officers

as follows:

The medal is bestowed by the Yang di-Pertuan

Agong for Public Servants who show extraordinary

excellence in their duties and contributions beyond

official obligations. Incentives from medals

received include the following components:

i. One Excellent Service Medal;

ii. Excellent Service Medal Certificate; and

iii. Cash or Savings Certificate/Scheme of

RM1,000

Officers are given opportunities and priorities

in:

i. Career development such as attending

courses, seminars or conferences that can

contribute to improved job performances; and

ii. Nomination to receive Federal or State Orders,

Decorations and Medals.
