Beberapa aktiviti telah dilaksanakan oleh para petugas kepada pengunjung iaitu sesi penyerahan kad pesara baharu kepada pegawai yang baharu bersara mahupun kepada pesara daripada persatuan-persatuan pesara. Penyampaian kad pesara turut disempurnakan oleh YAB Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri, Perdana Menteri dan melibatkan pegawai-pegawai tinggi Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam seperti Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam, Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam (Operasi) dan Pengarah Bahagian Pencen, JPA. Several activities were carried out in the programme, namely the handing over of new retiree cards to newly retired officers as well as to retirees from the retiree associations. The presentation of the retiree card was also completed by the Prime Minister, YAB Dato' Sri Ismail Sabri and was presented to amongst others, senior officials of the Public Service Department such as the Director-General of Public Services, the Deputy Director-General of Public Services (Operations) and the Director of the Pension Division, PSD.
