BAHAGIAN PENYELIDIKAN, PERANCANGAN DAN DASAR RESEARCH, PLANNING AND POLICY DIVISION UNIT KOMUNIKASI KORPORAT CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS UNIT 1. Melaksana penyelidikan, kajian impak dan penilaian dasar pengurusan sumber manusia. 2. Merancang keperluan dan unjuran makro sumber manusia sektor awam. 3. Menjalin kolaborasi strategik pengurusan sumber manusia sektor awam dalam dan luar negara. 4. Menyelaras ulasan/ maklum balas JPA bagi mesyuarat jemaah menteri, mesyuarat-mesyuarat utama kerajaan, persidangan parlimen dan organisasi antarabangsa. 5. Urus setia Mesyuarat Pengurusan Tertinggi (MPT), mesyuarat-mesyuarat khas dan Mesyuarat Perancangan Strategik JPA. 6. Menyelaras pelaksanaan penilaian prestasi Penjawat Pengurusan Tertinggi Perkhidmatan Awam (PPTPA) Tier 1. 1. Mengurus dan menyelaras program komunikasi korporat, pengurusan media dan publisiti serta perhubungan pelanggan JPA. 2. Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pemerkasaan imej korporat JPA melalui pelaksanaan aktiviti turun padang dan hebahan di medium komunikasi JPA. 3. Menyelaras dan mendokumentasikan bahan maklumat bagi program dan aktiviti serta majlis rasmi jabatan melalui penerbitan bahan cetakan seperti buletin, laporan tahunan, brosur dan liputan bergambar bagi tujuan hebahan. 4. Mengurus dan memantau kandungan digital di Information Board dan Smart Intelligent Panel di JPA. 5. Mengurus dan menyelaraskan aduan, pertanyaan dan cadangan yang diterima oleh JPA melalui SISPAA, MyGCC dan saluran komunikasi JPA. 6. Merancang dan melaksanakan Kajian Kepuasan Pelanggan Luaran JPA secara tahunan. 7. Menyelaras dan memantau pencapaian Piagam Pelanggan JPA bersama-sama Bahagian/ Unit. 1. Conducting research, impact studies, and assessments of human resource management policies. 2. Planning the requirements and macro-level human resource projections for the public sector. 3. Forging strategic collaborations in human resource management within and outside the country's public sector. 4. Coordinating reviews/ feedback from JPA for ministry of cabinet meetings, key government meetings, parliamentary sessions, and international organizations. 5. Facilitating the Top Management Meeting (MPT), special meetings, and PSD Strategic Planning Meetings. 6. Coordinating the implementation of performance evaluations for Tier 1 Senior Management Officials of the Public Service (PPTPA). 1. Managing and coordinating corporate communication programmes, media management, publicity, and PSD customer relations. 2. Planning and implementing strategies to strengthen the corporate image of PSD through on-ground activities and dissemination in PSD communication media. 3. Coordinating and documenting information materials for departmental programmes, activities, and official events through the publication of print materials such as bulletins, annual reports, brochures, and photographic coverage for dissemination purposes. 4. Managing and monitoring digital content on the Information Board and Smart Intelligent Panel at PSD. 5. Managing and coordinating complaints, inquiries, and suggestions received by PSD through SISPAA, MyGCC, and PSD communication channels. 6. Planning and conducting the annual PSD External Customer Satisfaction Survey. 7.
