BAHAGIAN KHIDMAT PENGURUSAN SERVICE MANAGEMENT DIVISION BAHAGIAN DIGITAL DAN TEKNOLOGI MAKLUMAT DIGITAL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION 1. Menguruskan urusan penstrukturan dan naziran perjawatan di JPA. 2. Menguruskan urusan penempatan dan pertukaran pegawai JPA. 3. Menguruskan pembangunan latihan dan kompetensi personel di JPA. 4. Menguruskan urusan berkaitan perkhidmatan dan kaunseling bagi pegawai JPA. 5. Menguruskan urusan kewangan, perolehan dan pembangunan di JPA. 6. Menguruskan program kualiti di JPA. 7. Menguruskan urusan pentadbiran dan logistik di JPA. 8. Menguruskan aktiviti Majlis Kebajikan dan Sukan Anggota-anggota Kerajaan Wilayah Persekutuan (MAKSWIP) dan Kelab JPA. 9. Menyelaras pelaksanaan Aplikasi Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) di JPA. 10. Mengurusetiakan Panel Pembangunan Sumber Manusia, Majlis Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC), Lembaga Tatatertib, Jawatankuasa Keutuhan Pengurusan dan Majlis Bersama Jabatan (MBJ). 1. Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan HRMIS dilaksanakan di semua agensi dalam perkhidmatan awam selaras dengan visi sumber manusia Perkhidmatan Awam dan matlamat kerajaan elektronik. 2. Menyedia dan membekal maklumat personal Sektor Awam yang menyeluruh. 3. Menyediakan kemudahan infrastruktur yang dipercayai dan selamat. 4. Merancang, membangun dan menyelenggara sistem aplikasi berlandaskan Pelan Strategik Pendigitalan (PSP). 5. Melaksanakan program latihan dan pembudayaan ICT. 6. Menyediakan khidmat nasihat dalam bidang ICT. 1. Managing the structuring and classification of positions within PSD. 2. Managing the placement and transfer of PSD officers. 3. Managing the development of training and competencies for personnel within PSD. 4. Managing matters related to service and counselling for PSD officers. 5. Managing financial, procurement, and development affairs within PSD. 6. Managing quality programmes within PSD. 7. Managing administrative and logistics matters within PSD. 8. Managing the Federal Government Employees Welfare and Sports Council (MAKSWIP) and PSD Club activities. 9. Coordinating the implementation of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) application within PSD. 10. Facilitating the Human Resource Development Panel, Excellent Service Award Council (APC), Disciplinary Board, Integrity Management Committee, and Joint Council Department (MBJ). 1. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of HRMIS across all agencies in the public service in line with the vision of Public Service human resource and e-government goals. 2. Preparing and providing comprehensive personal information for the Public Sector. 3. Providing reliable and secured infrastructure facilities. 4. Planning, developing, and monitoring the application system based on Digitalisation Strategic Plan (PSP). 5. Implementing ICT training and culture development programmes. 6.
