BAHAGIAN PEMBANGUNAN MODAL INSAN HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT DIVISION BAHAGIAN PENCEN PENSION DIVISION 1. Merancang, menggubal dan menyelaras dasardasar dan program-program penajaan dan latihan. 2. Melaksanakan program-program penajaan dan program-program latihan berikut: a. Latihan Sebelum Perkhidmatan b. Latihan Dalam Perkhidmatan 3. Menguruskan kutipan balik pinjaman dan tuntutan ganti rugi. 1. Menggubal dan melaksanakan dasar faedah persaraan dan faedah terbitan. 2. Memantau dan menguatkuasa pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Pencen yang berkuat kuasa. 3. Meluluskan persaraan, faedah persaraan, faedah terbitan dan faedah pemberhentian perkhidmatan bagi anggota Perkhidmatan Awam, Pihak Berkuasa Berkanun dan Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan, Hakim, Ahli Parlimen, Anggota Pentadbiran dan Setiausaha Politik berpandukan undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa. 4. Meluluskan percantuman perkhidmatan lepas (PPL) bagi anggota Perkhidmatan Awam, Pihak Berkuasa Berkanun dan Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan. 5. Meluluskan pemberian taraf berpencen (PTB) kepada anggota Pihak Berkuasa Berkanun dan Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan. 6. Menguruskan kemudahan perubatan (rawatan dialisis) melibatkan pesara serta mengeluarkan surat jaminan perubatan (GL) kepada pesara dan ibu bapa pesara perkhidmatan awam persekutuan dan pihak berkuasa berkanun tertentu. 7. Menguruskan pembayaran faedah persaraan dan faedah pemberhentian perkhidmatan. 8. Mengawal selia pelaksanaan urusan persaraan dan pembangunan sistem pengurusan pencen oleh pihak KWAP. 9. Mengurus data persaraan dan data pemberhentian perkhidmatan. 10. Mengurus program libat urus dan khidmat nasihat melibatkan pelanggan dan pihak berkepentingan; 11. Menguruskan permohonan pendaftaran anak OKU tanggungan pesara dan anak belajar di institusi pengajian tinggi (IPT). 12. Mengurus aduan yang diterima daripada pelanggan dan pihak berkepentingan. 1. Planning, formulating, and coordinating policies and sponsorship and training programmes. 2. Implementing sponsorship programmes and training programmes, including: a. Pre-Service Training b. In-Service Training 3. Managing loan repayments and compensation claims. 1. Formulating and implementing retirement benefit and annuity policies. 2. Monitoring and enforcing the implementation of the effective Pension Law. 3. Approving retirement, pension benefits, annuities, and service termination benefits for employees of the Public Service, Statutory Bodies, and Local Authorities, Judges, Members of Parliament, Administrative Officers, and Political Secretaries based on applicable laws. 4. Approving the joint post-service employment (PPL) for members of the Civil Service, Statutory Bodies, and Local Authorities. 5. Approving the awarding of retired status (PTB) to members of Statutory Bodies and Local Authorities. 6. Managing medical facilities (dialysis treatment) for retirees and issuing medical guarantee letters (GL) to retirees and retirees' parents in the federal civil service and certain statutory authorities. 7. Managing the payment of retirement benefits and service termination benefits. 8. Overseeing the implementation of retirement affairs and the development of pension management systems by KWAP. 9. Managing retirement data and service termination data. 10. Managing engagement programs and advisory services involving clients and stakeholders. 11. Handling applications for the registration of dependents with disabilities (OKU), retiree's dependents, and students at higher education institutions (IPT). 12.
