List of the PSD’s 46 Strategic Measures
Development of strategic measures includes discussions with the senior management, with heads of
divisions or units that are directly involved in its implementation. Although there could be numerous
strategic measures identified for each strategic thrust, the number should not be too big so as not to
negatively affect the focus of the implementation. The number deems to be appropriate for each strategic
thrust is between five to ten strategic measures.
