Kluster Pembangunan Strategik Dalam Perkhidmatan (LDP) berperanan mengurus penawaran dan memantau pelaksanaan program penajaan kepada penjawat awam untuk mengikuti kursus jangka pendek, jangka sederhana dan jangka panjang di dalam dan luar negara. Pelaksanaan program penajaan latihan/ kursus secara terancang tersebut antara lainnya bertujuan untuk membangunkan penjawat awam yang kompeten yang dilengkapi dengan sikap, kemahiran dan pengetahuan yang sesuai bagi memenuhi keperluan strategik sektor awam dan negara. Sepanjang tahun 2022, seramai 4,120 penjawat awam pelbagai skim perkhidmatan daripada Kementerian/ Jabatan/ Agensi telah ditawarkan penajaan untuk mengikuti program latihan/ kursus seperti berikut: (i) Kursus Jangka Panjang (melebihi 12 bulan) (a) Biasiswa Yang di-Pertuan Agong (BYDPA) – 12 orang (b) Hadiah Latihan Persekutuan (HLP) – 385 orang (c) Program Penajaan Khas Universiti Meiji – 2 orang (d) Program Penajaan Khas Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia – 8 orang (e) Hadiah Latihan Persekutuan Separa Biasiswa (HLPSB) – 65 orang (f) Specialty Program For Alcohol And Drug Abuse (SPADA) – 59 orang (g) Program Penajaan Kumpulan Pelaksana (PPKP) – 107 orang (ii) Kursus Jangka Sederhana (melebihi 3 bulan tetapi kurang 12 bulan) (a) Program C-Suite – 2 orang (iii) Kursus Jangka Pendek (kurang daripada 3 bulan) (a) Advanced Management Program – 169 orang (b) Program LEAD4FUTURE – 938 orang (c) Program Pembangunan Eksekutif (EDP NHI) – 60 orang (d) Program Sangkutan (BMCC, JCAp & KGAP) – 45 orang The Strategic Development Cluster in Services (LDP) plays a role in managing the supply and monitoring the implementation of sponsorship programmes for civil servants to participate in short-term, medium-term, and long-term courses both domestically and abroad. The organised implementation of training/ course sponsorship programmes aims to develop competent civil servants equipped with the appropriate attitudes, skills, and knowledge to meet the strategic needs of the public sector and the country.
