Laporan Tahunan Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Tahun 2022

Sesi Libat Urus ini telah diadakan pada 20 hingga 21 April 2022 di Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) bertujuan untuk: a) Membentuk kerjasama berterusan dan mendapatkan maklum balas daripada agensi bagi tujuan penambahbaikan dasar melibatkan isu saraan; b) Memberikan khidmat nasihat dan meningkatkan kefahaman kepada Pengurus-pengurus Sumber Manusia mengenai pelaksanaan dasar dan peraturan berkaitan gaji, elaun dan kemudahan yang sedang berkuat kuasa serta memastikan pelaksanaan yang teratur dan berkesan; dan c) Membuat semakan dari segi pelaksanaan dasar dan peraturan berkaitan gaji, elaun dan kemudahan. Peserta sesi libat urus ini adalah terdiri daripada pegawaipegawai daripada Bahagian Pengurusan Sumber Manusia (BPSM) KDN serta jabatan dan agensi di bawah kementerian yang terdiri daripada Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM), Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM), Agensi Penguatkuasaan Maritim Malaysia (APMM), Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan (AADK), Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN), Jabatan Penjara Malaysia (PENJARA), Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia (ROS), Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM) dan Jabatan Sukarelawan Malaysia (RELA). Sesi libat urus ini dilaksanakan selama dua (2) hari melibatkan aktiviti taklimat dan penyediaan perkhidmatan Pusat Setempat (One Stop Centre). Taklimat yang disampaikan adalah merangkumi tajuktajuk yang diberi keutamaan oleh pihak KDN seperti berikut: a) Kemudahan Cuti Sakit Lanjutan; b) Kemudahan Pakaian dalam Perkhidmatan Awam; c) Elaun dan Kemudahan Pegawai Bertukar Wilayah; d) Dasar dan Peraturan Melibatkan Gaji Perkhidmatan Awam; dan e) Kemudahan Perubatan dalam Perkhidmatan Awam. The engagement session was held from 20 to 21 April 2022, at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) with the following objectives: a) To establish continuous collaboration and obtain feedback from agencies for the improvement of policies related to remuneration; b) To provide advisory services and enhance the understanding of Human Resource Managers regarding the implementation of policies and regulations related to salary, allowances, and facilities that are currently in effect, ensuring their smooth and effective implementation; and c) To conduct a review of the implementation of policies and regulations related to salary, allowances, and facilities. Participants in this engagement session included officers from the Human Resource Management Division (BPSM) of MOHA, as well as departments and agencies under the ministry, including the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM), the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (APMM), the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK), the National Registration Department (JPN), the Malaysian Prisons Department (PENJARA), the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (ROS), the Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM), and the Malaysian Volunteer Department (RELA). The engagement session lasted for two (2) days and included briefing activities and the provision of services at the One Stop Centre. The briefings covered topics that were prioritised by MOHA, including: a) Extended Sick Leave Facility; b) Civil Servants Attire Facility; c) Allowances for Officers Transferred to Other Regions Facility; d) Policies and Regulations Regarding Civil Service Salaries; and e) Civil Service Medical Facility.
