Bahagian Perjawatan dan Organisasi (BPO) telah mengadakan Bengkel Membincangkan Isu-Isu Kesilapan Dalam Urusan Pelantikan Di Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam di Hotel Avillion Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan pada 5-7 Oktober 2022. Bengkel ini bertujuan untuk membincang dan meneliti kes-kes pelantikan yang tidak teratur dan tidak mengikut syarat lantikan serta mengenal pasti cadangan pembetulan dan tindakan yang bersesuaian terhadap pegawai. a. Kajian Skim Perkhidmatan Merinyu Tali Air Satu lawatan kerja ke Lembaga Kemajuan Pertanian Kemubu, Kementerian Pertanian dan Industri Makanan telah diadakan pada 21 Mac 2022 melibatkan seramai empat (4) orang pegawai BPO. Lawatan kerja ini diadakan adalah bertujuan untuk membincangkan skop fungsi tugas dan hala tuju skim perkhidmatan Merinyu Tali Air. The Staffing and Organisation Division (BPO) has held a Workshop Discussing Errors in Appointments in the Public Service at the Avillion Hotel Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, on 5-7 October 2022. This workshop aims to discuss and examine cases of appointments that are not orderly and not in accordance with the terms of the appointment and identify corrective proposals and appropriate actions for the human resource officers and managers. a. Study of the Merinyu Water Irrigation Line Service Scheme A working visit to the Kemubu Agricultural Advancement Board, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, was conducted on 21 March 2022, involving a total of four (4) BPO officers. This working visit was organised with the aim to discuss the scope of duties and the direction of the Merinyu Water Irrigation Line Service Scheme.
