Tujuan Surat Edaran ini adalah untuk memaklumkan berkenaan penguatkuasaan kontrak berkhidmat dan kadar tuntutan ganti rugi yang baharu bagi HLPSB dengan mengambil kira perubahan dinamik pengajian di universiti dan untuk menghargai usaha pegawai awam meneruskan pengajian separuh masa. Surat Edaran JPA.800-3/2/1 (29): Bantuan Khas Kewangan Aidilfitri Tahun 2021 Kerajaan telah memutuskan supaya Bantuan Khas Kewangan Aidilfitri Tahun 2021 dibayar kepada pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam Persekutuan di Gred 56 dan ke bawah sebanyak RM500.00 dan turut dipanjangkan kepada pesara Kerajaan yang menerima pencen sebanyak RM250.00. Bantuan Khas Kewangan Aidilfitri Tahun 2021 ini dibayar pada 6 Mei 2021. Surat Edaran JPA(S) 63/168/1 Jld. 3 (4): Sumbangan Penjawat Awam Melalui Pengurangan Elaun Dalam Mendepani Pandemik COVID-19 Kerajaan telah memutuskan supaya penjawat awam lantikan tetap dan kontrak yang sedang berkhidmat menyumbang ke dalam Akaun Amanah Bencana melalui pengurangan sebahagian dari Imbuhan Tetap Keraian (ITK) atau Imbuhan Tetap Khidmat Awam (ITKA). Pelaksanaan ini untuk tempoh 3 bulan bermula bulan Julai hingga September 2021 dan dikecualikan kepada Anggota Barisan Hadapan. Surat Edaran JPA.600-3/2/1 Jld. 3 (25) : Pemanjangan Kemudahan Cuti Tanpa Rekod Sempena Perayaan Kepada Pegawai Lantikan Secara Kontrak (Contract of Service) Kerajaan bersetuju supaya Cuti Tanpa Rekod sempena perayaan seperti Deepavali, Songkran, Vaisakhi dan Good Friday dipanjangkan kepada pegawai lantikan kontrak (Contract of Service). Kelayakan cuti selama satu (1) hari adalah berdasarkan perayaan yang disambut oleh kaum atau yang menganut agama yang berkaitan. The 2021 Aidilfitri Special Financial Assistance is paid on May 6, 2021. JPA Circular Letter ‘s 63/168/1 Vol. 3 (4): Contribution of Civil Servants Through the Reduction of Allowances in the Face of the COVID-19 Pandemic The government has decided that the permanent and contract civil servants who are currently serving contribute to the Disaster Trust Account through a partial reduction of their Entertainment Fixed Allowance (ITK) or Public Service Fixed Allowance (ITKA). This implementation is for a period of 3 months starting from July to September 2021 and is excluded for Frontline Members. JPA Circular Letter.600-3/2/1 Vol. 3 (25) : Extension of Leave Without Record Facility in Conjunction with Festivals to Officials Appointed by Contract (Contract of Service) The government agreed that Unrecorded Leave in conjunction with festivals such as Deepavali, Songkran, Vaisakhi and Good Friday should be extended to officers appointed under contract (Contract of Service).
