Surat Edaran JPA.800-4/2/13 (3) : Penyeragaman Tarikh Kuat Kuasa Pembayaran Elaun-elaun Lain Dan Kemudahankemudahan Kepada Pegawai Yang Diluluskan Pemangkuan Dengan Tarikh Kuat Kuasa Pembayaran Elaun Pemangkuan Pegawai Yang Memohon Penangguhan Penempatan di Jawatan Pemangkuan Kerajaan memutuskan supaya tarikh pembayaran elaunelaun lain dan kemudahan-kemudahan bagi pegawai yang memohon penangguhan tarikh melapor diri untuk melaksanakan tugas jawatan yang dipangku diseragamkan pada tarikh pegawai mula menjalankan tugas yang dipangku secara sepenuh masa. Ketetapan ini berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2021. Surat Edaran JPA.800-3/2/1 (32) : Bantuan Khas Kewangan Tahun 2022 Kerajaan telah bersetuju memberikan Bantuan Khas Kewangan Tahun 2022 kepada pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam Persekutuan di Gred 56 dan ke bawah sebanyak RM700.00. Pemberian ini turut dipanjangkan kepada pegawai lantikan MySTEP, guru interim, pemandu (yang dilantik oleh Pegawai Gred JUSA B ke atas, Gred Khas A, Anggota Pentadbiran, Hakim dan Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman), pesara Kerajaan yang menerima pencen, pencen terbitan di bawah undang-undang pencen dan pesara Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja serta veteran berpencen dan tidak berpencen dengan amaun sebanyak RM350.00. Pelaksanaan Bantuan Khas Kewangan ini adalah melalui Surat Edaran JPA.800-3/2/1 (32) dan dibayar pada 25 Januari 2022. Surat Edaran JPA.SARAAN (S) 1619 JLD.27 (5) : Pelaksanaan Pasukan Task Force bagi Pengurusan Pasca Banjir dan Kesiapsiagaan Menghadapi Gelombang Kedua Bencana Banjir. Kerajaan telah memutuskan supaya pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam membantu melaksanakan task force tugastugas pasca banjir di kawasan yang terjejas. Pegawai yang terlibat dengan arahan mobilisasi ini dianggap menjalankan tugas rasmi dan layak menerima elaun dan kemudahan yang berkelayakan serta dilindungi oleh Skim Ex-Gratia Bencana Kerja Bagi Perkhidmatan Awam Persekutuan tertakluk kepada syarat di bawah Pekeliling Perbendaharaan W.P 6.3. Pihak kementerian/ jabatan/ agensi adalah bertanggungjawab menguruskan tuntutan pegawai-pegawai yang terlibat tertakluk kepada peraturanperaturan yang berkuat kuasa. Circular Letter JPA.800-4/2/13 (3) : Standardization of the Effective Date of Payment of Other Allowances and Facilities to Officials Approved for Acting With the Effective Date of Payment of Acting Allowance for Officers Applying for Postponement of Placement in Acting Positions The government has agreed that the date of payment of other allowances and facilities for officers who apply for a postponement of the date of reporting to carry out the duties of the assigned post should be standardized on the date the officer begins to carry out the assigned duties full-time. This decision takes effect from 1 October 2021. JPA Circular Letter.800-3/2/1 (32) : Special Financial Assistance Year 2022 The Government has agreed to provide Special Financial Assistance in 2022 to Federal Civil Service officers in Grade 56 and below amounting to RM700.00. This grant is also extended to MySTEP appointed officers, interim teachers, drivers (who are appointed by JUSA Grade B officers and above, Special Grade A, Administrative Members, Judges and Judicial Commissioners), Government retirees who receive pensions, pensions issued under the law Pensioners and Employees’ Provident Fund retirees as well as pensioned and non-pensioned veterans with an amount of RM350.00. The implementation of this Special Financial Assistance is through Circular JPA.800-3/2/1 (32) and is paid on 25 January 2022. JPA Circular Letter.SARAAN (S) 1619 Vol.27 (5): Implementation of the Task Force Team for Post-Flood Management and Preparedness for the Second Wave of Flood Disasters. The government has decided that Civil Service officers help implement the task force of post-flood tasks in the affected areas. Officers involved with this mobilization order are considered to be carrying out official duties and are eligible to receive allowances and facilities that are qualified and covered by the Work Disaster Ex-Gratia Scheme for the Federal Public Service subject to the conditions under Treasury Circular W.P 6.3. The ministry/ department/ agency is responsible for managing the claims of the officers involved subject to the regulations in force. (174) e) f) g) f) e) g)
