JPA | 146 functions in HRMIS from the aspects of design and new functionality that are more comprehensive in keeping up with the management of the human resource trend and is in line with up-to- date technologies. As such, the HRMIS As-Is Research covers the following matters: • HRMIS Asal, was developed in 1999, and is still being implemented at the present time; • HRMIS 2.0 was developed in 2013 and is still being implemented at the present time; and • External systems and applications of HRMIS, specifically related to human resource. • The results of the aimed research are as follows: • Background and history of HRMIS (transition from HRMIS Asal to current HRMIS as well as the change factor) • Comparison of HRMIS Asal and current HRMIS; • Challenges and scenarios of the current HRMIS implementation • Current HRMIS Enterprise Architecture (EA). RESEARCH ACTIVITIES • Aktiviti-Aktiviti Kajian • Research Activities Data collection activities are implemented to obtain qualitative and quantitative data in the form of explicit, tacit or embedded data acquired from workshop sessions with users, interview research/ documents research. • HRMIS As-Is Architecture Initial Baseline Workshop The objective of the workshop is to provide awareness and understanding of architecture in the context of human resource information and understanding of Enterprise Architecture • Governments Overview Session of Administration and Public Sector Organisation The session aims to provide understanding of the Government Administration and the Development of Public Sector Organisation. • Operational User Experience Workshop The workshop aims to study and identify current HRMIS functions and modules/submodules challenges and implementation from the aspect of business, data, applications and technology. • Document Report The As-Is HRMIS Report that has been provided covers the Background and History of HRMIS (the transition from HRMIS Asal to current HRMIS) as well as the challenges and factors throughout the transtition, comparison between HRMIS Asal and current HRMIS, Challenges and Scenarios of current HRMIS implementation, and Enterprise Archictecture of current HRMIS.
