NATIONAL JOINT COUNCIL MEETING (MBK)
NO. 1 YEAR 2017
INTERACTION SESSION
WITH WORKER’S UNION
Mesyuarat Majlis Bersama Kebangsaan (MBK)
diwujudkan sebagai forum bagi Pihak Pekerja
dan Pihak Pegawai membincangkan prinsip-
prinsip saraan, elaun, kemudahan dan syarat-
syarat perkhidmatan bagi Penjawat Awam.
Mesyuarat MBK bagi Pekerja-pekerja Pengurusan
dan Profesional (MBK P&P) Bilangan 1 Tahun
2017 telah berlangsung pada 15 Mac 2017,
Mesyuarat MBK bagi Pekerja-pekerja Am dalam
Kumpulan Pelaksana (MBK Am) Bilangan 1 Tahun
2017 telah diadakan pada 5 Mei 2017, manakala
penganjuran Mesyuarat MBK bagi Pekerja-pekerja
Sains dan Teknologi dalam Kumpulan Pelaksana
(MBK S&T) Bilangan 1 Tahun 2017 pula telah
berjaya diadakan pada 18 Mei 2017. Ketiga-tiga
mesyuarat MBK ini telah berlangsung di Jabatan
Perkhidmatan Awam, Putrajaya.
Majlis Interaksi Bersama Pihak Pekerja telah
diadakan pada 22 Mei 2017 bertempat di Dewan
Mezzanine, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam,
Putrajaya melibatkan Ahli Majlis Tertinggi
CUEPACS, ahli-ahli MBK bagi Pekerja-pekerja
Pengurusan dan Profesional (MBK P&P), MBK
bagi Pekerja-pekerja Sains dan Teknologi dalam
Kumpulan Pelaksana (MBK S&T), dan MBK bagi
Pekerja-pekerja Am dalam Kumpulan Pelaksana
(MBK Am). Sesi interaksi ini bertujuan untuk
menyediakan platform bagi kedua-dua pihak
untuk saling berbincang dan bertukar-tukar fikiran
secara lebih terbuka.
The National Joint Council (MBK) Meeting was
formed to function as a forum for workers and
officers to discuss the principles of remuneration,
allowances, perquisites, facilities and the terms
and conditions of service of Public Servants. The
MBK Meeting for employees in the Management
and Professional Group (MBK P&P) No. 1 Year
2017 was held on 15 March 2017. Later, the
MBK Meeting for General Workers in the Support
Group (MBK GW) No. 1 Year 2017 was held on
5 May 2017, while the MBK Meeting for Science
and Technology employees in the Support Group
(MBK S&T) No. 1 Year 2017 was successfully held
on 18 May 2017. All three MBK meetings were
held at the Public Service Department, Putrajaya.
The Interaction Session with Employees was held
on 22 May 2017 at the Mezzanine Hall, Public
Service Department, Putrajaya involving the
Supreme Council Members of CUEPACS, members
of MBK for employees in the Management and
Professional Group (MBK P&P), MBK for Science
and Technology Employees in the Support Group
(MBK S&T) and the MBK for General Workers in the
Support Group (MBK Am). The interaction session
aims to provide a platform for various parties to
discuss and exchange ideas among them more
openly.
