1-106 (v) devote the whole of his time and attention to the service of the Government and endeavour to the utmost of his ability to promote the interest of the Government; (vi) obey and comply with orders and instructions given to him by the Government; (vii) obey and comply with, in so far as they are applicable and not inconsistent with or varied by this Agreement, all General Orders, Financial General Orders, Civil Service Regulations or other administrative orders of the Government which is in force from time to time; (viii) not disclose any information respecting the affairs of the Government to any unauthorised person; (ix) furnish, if so required by the Government such security, and in such form, as the Government may determine for the faithful and honest discharge of his said duties and all premiums payable in respect of such security may be deducted from his salary by the Government; and (x) to acquire the qualification as stated in the Schedule of this Agreement within a stipulated time period; and in accordance to this sub-clause the Government has every right to direct the Officer to attend any training programme and sit for the examination which is considered beneficial to the Government.
