1-105 Further Engagement 3. Six months prior to the expiry date of the Period of Engagement the Officer shall, by notice in writing, inform the Government whether or not the Officer desires to continue in the service of the Government after the expiration of the Period of Engagement whereupon the Government shall, before the expiry of the Period of Engagement, inform the Officer by notice in writing whether or not the Government has decided to re-engage him. Term of Re-engagement. 4. Any re-engagement of the Officer by the Government shall be on such terms and for such period as shall be determined by the Government. Obligations of Officer 5. The Officer shall during the Period of Engagement: (i) obey and comply posting and transfer order for him to serve anywhere in Malaysia; (ii) perform the duties of the office in which he is engaged and any other duties directed by the Government; (iii) reside in such place within Malaysia as the Government shall direct from time to time; (iv) neither directly nor indirectly engage or employ himself in any other service or business whatsoever nor receive commission of any kind without the prior written consent of the Government;
