page 2 Through APEL.Q, years of work experience can be translated into a formally recognised qualification. The programme offers significant advantages shorter completion time, reduced financial burden, and dedicated partial funding assistance specifically for public servants through INTAN. I enrolled in the APEL.Q Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme at City University and successfully completed all four stages with portfolio submission, field visit and validation, challenge test, and capstone research study within the minimum period of one and a half years. The experience was truly enriching. I had the privilege of learning alongside inspiring individuals such as Dr. Diyana Tan Sri Hassim, Head of Corporate Communication at Public Service Department, and was guided by my dedicated supervisor, Professor Dr. Raemah Abdullah Hashim. This journey reignited my passion for lifelong learning and marked a new chapter in my academic and professional development, culminating in my appointment as an Adjunct Professor at City University, where I continue to contribute to the growth of the APEL.Q programme. I would also like to extend my best wishes to Dr. Diyana Tan Sri Hassim in preparation for the upcoming presentation of her research paper at a conference hosted by the University of Oxford. I sincerely hope more public servants will seize the opportunity to further their studies through the APEL.Q pathway. It is a transformative and empowering journey, one that proves learning truly has no end. Dr. Ahmad Zafwan bin Sulaiman Head, Post Service Training Unit, INTAN Adjunct Professor, City University Malaysia
