Dasar dan pelaksanaan MBJ adalah berpandukan kepada Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Sumber Manusia, Ceraian PO 4.2.1 Dasar Hubungan Majikan-Pekerja Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam – Majlis Bersama Jabatan. Secara keseluruhannya, sebanyak 826 MBJ agensi dipantau oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) yang melibatkan 224 MBJ agensi peringkat Persekutuan dan 602 MBJ agensi peringkat Negeri. Persidangan MBJ Persidangan Majlis Bersama Jabatan Peringkat Persekutuan dan Negeri Tahun 2022 merupakan program tahunan Bahagian Gaji dan Elaun (BGE) yang bermatlamat untuk menyediakan platform bagi JPA sebagai agensi pusat membentangkan hasil pemantauan terhadap pelaksanaan dasar MBJ di peringkat Persekutuan dan Negeri. Persidangan ini telah diadakan pada 26 Julai 2022 bertempat di Dewan Damar Sari, Kompleks F, Putrajaya dengan perasmian penutup persidangan telah disempurnakan oleh Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam. In total, the Department of Public Service (PSD) monitors 826 MBJ in agencies, comprising 224 Federal-level MBJ and 602 State-level MBJ. MBJ Conference The Federal and State-level Joint Departmental Meeting Conference for the year 2022 is an annual program organised by the Remuneration Division (BGE) with the aim of providing a platform for the Public Service Department (PSD) as the central agency to present the monitoring results of MBJ policy implementation at the Federal and State levels. This conference was held on 26 July 2022, at Dewan Damar Sari, Complex F, Putrajaya and the closing ceremony was officiated by the Director-General of the Public Service.
