Sesi Lawatan dan Libat Urus Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam dan Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu mengenai Pemusatan Pentadbiran Agensi Kerajaan Negeri di Daerah Kuala Nerus di bawah Pejabat Daerah Kuala Nerus, Negeri Terengganu Visit and Engagement Session by the Public Service Department and the Terengganu State Government regarding the Centralisation of State Government Agency Administration in the Kuala Nerus District under the Kuala Nerus District Office, Terengganu Sesi lawatan dan libat urus ke Pusat Pentadbiran AlWathiqu Billah, Kuala Nerus telah diadakan pada 7 Ogos 2022. Sesi ini telah dihadiri oleh wakil-wakil daripada Kementerian Kewangan, Unit Penyelarasan Pelaksanaan, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam, Jabatan Kerja Raya, Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat, Jabatan Pertanian dan juga Jabatan-Jabatan berkaitan di Daerah Kuala Nerus. Intipati program ini adalah seperti berikut: i. Sesi lawatan dan libat urus ini diadakan bagi mendapatkan gambaran dan penjelasan daripada Kerajaan Negeri mengenai isu-isu pelaksanaan pemusatan fungsi pentadbiran dan kewangan di Daerah Kuala Nerus; dan ii. Hasil lawatan ini telah berjaya mengumpulkan isu dan maklumbalas daripada Jabatan terlibat yang seterusnya dibentangkan semula dalam Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Kerja Perjawatan dan Organisasi (JKKPO) dan menambah baik struktur organisasi sedia ada di Pejabat Daerah Kuala Nerus. A visit and engagement session at the Al-Wathiqu Billah Administrative Centre, Kuala Nerus, took place on 7 August 2022. This session was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Implementation Coordination Unit, Public Service Department, Public Works Department, Department of Social Welfare, Department of Agriculture, and other relevant departments in the Kuala Nerus District. The programme content is as follows: i. The visit and engagement session were held to gain insights and explanations from the State Government regarding the issues related to the implementation of the centralisation of administrative and financial functions in the Kuala Nerus District; and ii. The outcome of the visit has successfully gathered issues and feedback from the relevant departments, which were subsequently presented in the Appointment and Organisation Working Committee (JKKPO) meeting, leading to improvements in the existing organisational structure at the Kuala Nerus District Office. 55 Laporan Tahunan 2022 Annual Report Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam
