Pada 15 Ogos 2022, Bahagian Perkhidmatan (BK) telah mengadakan penyusunan semula fungsi Sektor OA secara interim di Cawangan Operasi Perkhidmatan (COP) bagi memberi fokus kepada penyelesaian kes tatatertib dan pembangunan HRM baharu. Pencapaian BK selaku Penyelaras Pembangunan Sistem Pengurusan Sumber Manusia Sektor Awam (HRM) Baharu: - Penyediaan dokumen akhir Spesifikasi Teknikal dan Business Requirement Specification bagi Modul BK bersama Task Force HRM Baharu BK - Pelaksanaan Mesyuarat Kerja Task Force HRM Baharu BK secara konsisten bagi menyediakan keperluan spesifik BK dalam Sistem HRM Baharu Status Kes Tatatertib 76.34% kes tatatertib yang berjaya diselesaikan dalam tempoh 5 bulan sehingga peringkat Penentuan Pengerusi Lembaga Tatatertib Kumpulan Pengurusan No. 1 di mana sasaran asal adalah 70%. BK’s achievements as the Development Coordinator for the New Public Sector Human Resource Management (HRM) System: - Preparation of the final Technical Specification and Business Requirement Specification document for BK’s Module together with BK’s New HRM Task Force - Implementation of BK's New HRM Task Force Work Meetings consistently to prepare BK's specific needs in the New HRM System Status of Disciplinary Cases 76.34% of disciplinary cases that were successfully resolved within 5 months until the stage of the decision of the Chairman of the Disciplinary Board Managerial Group (No. 1) where the original target was 70%.
