Pembentangan kumpulan meliputi empat (4) topik berikut: - Aturan kerja jarak jauh - Pendigitalan perkhidmatan awam - Pengurusan dan pembangunan bakat perkhidmatan awam - Amalan terbaik bekerja di World Bank Seramai 56 pegawai yang terdiri daripada pegawai JPA dan pengurus sumber manusia pelbagai kementerian dan jabatan persekutuan telah menghadiri sesi perkongsian ini. (c) Majlis Penyampaian Sijil Penyertaan PCF, 18 Oktober 2022 KPPA telah menyerahkan sijil penyertaan PCF kepada 16 orang alumni peserta PCF Sesi 2021/2022 dan seorang alumni peserta PCF Sesi 2020. KPPA dalam ucaptamanya ketika majlis tersebut, telah menekankan beberapa perkara, antaranya: - kepentingan pengurusan bakat perkhidmatan awam dan transformasi minda penjawat awam secara berterusan bagi memastikan penyampaian perkhidmatan awam yang berkesan, selari dengan perubahan landskap teknologi dan sosioekonomi negara dan peringkat global. - penjawat awam diseru supaya menghapuskan mentaliti “tahu segalanya” dan “silo” bagi memastikan perkhidmatan awam kekal relevan serta menjadi sumber rujukan dan dihormati. - berharap supaya alumni peserta PCF bertindak sebagai pemangkin kecemerlangan perkhidmatan awam bagi menjadikan perkhidmatan awam negara setanding dengan perkhidmatan awam di negara-negara maju yang sentiasa melaksanakan penambahbaikan berterusan dalam aspek capacity, character dan capability (3C). The group presentation covers the following four (4) topics: - Remote work arrangements - Public service digitalisation - Management and development of public service talent - Best practices while working for the World Bank A total of 56 officers consisting of JPA officers and human resource managers of various ministries and federal departments attended this sharing session. (c) PCF Participation Certificate Presentation Ceremony, 18 October 2022 KPPA delivered the certificates to 16 PCF Participant alumni 2021/2022 Session and a PCF Participant alumnus 2020 Session. KPPA’s keynote speech during the ceremony, emphasised several points such as: - the importance of public service talent management and the continuous transformation of public servants' mindset to ensure effective public service delivery, in line with the changing technological and socio economic landscape of the country and globally. - civil servants are called upon to eliminate the "know everything" and "silo" mentality to ensure that the public service remains relevant and becomes a source of reference and respect. - hope that alumni of PCF participants act as catalysts for public service excellence to make the country's public service comparable to the public service in developed countries that always implement continuous improvement in terms of capacity, character and capability (3C).
