BAHAGIAN PERKHIDMATAN (BK) SERVICE DIVISION MyPerformance HRMIS telah diperkenalkan menerusi Surat Edaran bertarikh 3 November 2021, selaras dengan hasrat kerajaan untuk mengukuhkan lagi pengurusan modal insan dalam perkhidmatan awam. Pelaksanaan inisiatif ini akan memperkasa (empower) agensi kerajaan dalam aspek pengurusan sumber manusia di organisasi masing-masing bagi menyokong agenda pemantapan produktiviti negara. Inisiatif MyPerformance HRMIS ini akan menggantikan sistem penilaian sedia ada – LNPT HRMIS secara sepenuhnya mulai 1 Januari 2024. Tempoh familiarisasi selama dua tahun bermula 1 Januari 2022 sehingga 31 Disember 2023 telah ditetapkan bagi membolehkan jabatan dan warga perkhidmatan awam bersedia dengan sistem pengurusan prestasi baharu ini. Bagi memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan, sesi taklimat dan Train the Trainers (ToT) telah dirangka bagi memastikan kefahaman dan kesedaran berhubung pelaksanaan MyPerformance dapat ditingkatkan. Peserta taklimat dan ToT telah didedahkan dengan kaedah pelaksanaan MyPerformance secara keseluruhan dan juga step by step pembangunan Sasaran Penghasilan Kerja menggunakan format Sasaran Kerja Utama (SKU) dan Pembangunan Kamus Kompetensi Fungsian (KKF). Sebanyak 183 sesi taklimat dan sesi ToT telah dijalankan menerusi pelbagai medium sama ada secara dalam talian, hybrid mahupun secara bersemuka. Sesi taklimat serta sesi ToT yang dianjurkan merangkumi sesi anjuran Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) dan juga kerjasama antara agensi. Sambutan yang amat memberangsangkan telah diterima bagi setiap sesi dengan kehadiran dan sokongan pengurusan atasan jabatan dan juga dari pegawai dari Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional serta Kumpulan Pelaksana. MyPerformance HRMIS was introduced through a Circular Letter dated 3 November 2021, in line with the government's aspiration to strengthen further human capital management in the public service. By implementing this initiative, it will empower government agencies comprehensively manage human resource in their respective departments towards supporting national productivity enhancing agenda. MyPerformance HRMIS will be replacing the existing evaluation system - LNPT HRMIS by 1 January 2024. A two-year familiarization period from 1 January 2022 till 31 December 2023 has been set to enable departments and civil servants to be ready with this new performance management system. To ensure a smooth implementation, briefing sessions and Train the Trainers (ToT) programme have been designed to ensure full understanding and increased awareness regarding the implementation of MyPerformance. Participants from all level of management were exposed to the various aspect in implementation of MyPerformance. They were also guided extensively on developing Work Performance Targets using the Key Work Target (SKU) and development of Functional Competencies Index (KKF). A total of 183 briefing and ToT sessions were conducted through online, hybrid or face-to-face sessions. These briefing and ToT sessions were organised by the Public Service Department (JPA) with collaboration among agencies. An encouraging response was received where each session was supported with the presence of the department's top leaders together with all level of officers from the Management and Professional Group as well as the Implementation Group.
