Antara intipati taklimat dan sesi libat urus ialah punca kuasa pelaksanaan KPI, proses pelaksanaan KPI, panduan pembangunan KPI, ciri-ciri KPI dan penggunaan sistem MyKPI. Selain itu, Kementerian/ Agensi Kerajaan berkaitan juga memberikan beberapa maklum balas berdasarkan senario khusus di organisasi masing-masing dalam memantapkan lagi proses pembangunan KPI dan sistem MyKPI. Among the gists of the briefing and engagement sessions are the provisions of KPI implementation, KPI implementation process, KPI development guide, KPI characteristics, and the use of the MyKPI system. In addition, relevant Ministries/Government Agencies have provided feedback based on specific scenarios in their respective organisations to further strengthen the KPI development process and MyKPI system.
