TN50 in JPA
Inanefforttofosterandsupporttheimplementation
of the 2050 National Transformation (TN50)
announced by the Prime Minister during the
tabling of the 2017 Budget, JPA had planned
various activities to be implemented in pursuit of
aspirations from all JPA stakeholders namely the
public officers of JPA, state public officers, JPA-
sponsored students in and outside of Malaysia as
well as Government retirees. The public officers
involved are those aged 45 years and below from
the Management and Professional groups as well
as JPA support groups. The planned activities
involved two main mechanisms:
(i) Mechanism for Announcements/Promotions
The announcements and promotions
were mainly to inform JPA staff about the
implementation of TN50. Announcements
were carried out through visual displays
such as banners and posters as well as
the Public-Address Programme (Siaraya
Programme) involving representatives of
every JPA division aged 45 years and below.
(ii) Mass Aspiration Gathering Mechanism
(a) Face-to-face interactions

The programme was held on 11 July 2017
at the Mezzanine Hall, Block C1, JPA and
attended by 150 officers aged 45 years
and below from the Management and
Professional groups as well as the JPA
support groups. The programme had
successfully gathered as many as 29
aspirations covering various aspects under
the seven (7) focus areas of TN50.

Dalam usaha menyemarakkan dan menyokong
pelaksanaan Transformasi Nasional 2050 (TN50)
yang telah diumumkan oleh YAB Perdana
Menteri semasa Bajet 2017, JPA telah merancang
pelbagai aktiviti untuk dilaksanakan dalam usaha
mendapatkan aspirasi daripada semua pemegang
taruh JPA iaitu Penjawat Awam warga JPA,
Penjawat Awam negeri, pelajar tajaan JPA dalam
dan luar negara serta pesara Kerajaan. Penjawat
Awam yang terlibat merupakan pegawai muda
yang berusia 45 tahun dan ke bawah daripada
kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional dan juga
kumpulan sokongan JPA. Aktiviti yang dirancang
ini merangkumi dua (2) mekanisme utama iaitu :
(i)
Mekanisme untuk Hebahan/Promosi
Hebahan dan promosi yang diadakan
bertujuan untuk memaklumkan kepada
seluruh warga JPA mengenai pelaksanaan
TN50. Hebahan dilaksanakan melalui
paparan bunting dan poster serta Program
Siaraya yang melibatkan semua wakil
bahagian-bahagian di JPA yang berumur 45
tahun ke bawah.

Program ini telah diadakan pada 11 Julai
2017 bertempat di Dewan Mezzanine,
Blok C1, JPA yang telah dihadiri oleh
seramai 150 orang pegawai muda
yang berusia 45 tahun dan ke bawah
daripada
kumpulan
Pengurusan
dan Profesional dan juga kumpulan
sokongan JPA. Program ini telah berjaya
mengumpulkan sebanyak 29 aspirasi
merangkumi pelbagai aspek di bawah
tujuh (7) bidang fokus TN50.
