In 2026, as we launch the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMKe- 13), we are committed to "Raising the Ceiling" of our economic complexity while "Raising the Floor" of social equity. This is a moral imperative to ensure that the dividends of innovation reach every citizen, from the high-tech corridors of Putrajaya to the rural heartlands of the nation.
