JPA Daily Buzz - Edisi 19 2025

page 2 In that shared space, no one is above or below. Each pair of hands matters. Each idea adds colour and in the end, when the lights switch on and visitors stop by, they don’t see grades but they only see JPA. The energy in the air isn’t just about preparing a booth; it’s about a shared purpose that connects us beyond job titles and pay grades. Sometimes, that connection begins with something as simple as a smile, a salam, or a friendly “hi” in the corridor. Respect doesn’t need a meeting to happen but it starts in moments like these, when we choose to see one another as equals in service. If you think about it, this spirit isn’t new. Our history has always celebrated muafakat, the invisible thread that holds communities together. Back in the days of the Malay Sultanates, kingdoms stood strong not just because of their rulers, but because every craftsman, trader, farmer, and scholar played their part. Ships were built not by captains alone, but by every hand that shaped the wood. Even our peribahasa reminds us: “Bulat air kerana pembetung, bulat manusia kerana muafakat.” Unity is what keeps the structure whole and the same truth echoes quietly in every JPA booth and corridor today. From pension to psychology, from sponsorship to service, our diversity is not a divide; it is the design. Without one another, our structure would collapse like a booth missing its frame. Every officer, every assistant, everyone brings something essential and when we step beyond our titles, we rediscover what it really means to serve. This story isn’t about a booth. It’s about connection because leadership is not defined by who speaks the loudest or sits the highest, but by who listens, respects, and builds bridges. Respect isn’t measured by grade but it’s shown through kindness, acknowledgment, and how we treat those around us. When we choose collaboration over rank, we don’t just complete tasks but we strengthen the foundation of public service itself. The true strength of JPA lies not in titles, but in teamwork. For those who have been part of our booth journeys especially those on duty for the November booths, weekends don’t quite exist. We’re everywhere! From halls to foyers, from early mornings to late clean- ups, every smile, every effort, and every “let’s do this” moment keeps the spirit of service alive. So, whether you’re the planner or the porter, the officer or the intern, remember, we carry one emblem, one purpose, and one Rakyat. That makes every booth, every campaign, every act of service truly ours because berkhidmat untuk rakyat is not a slogan. It’s a shared heartbeat with one that has been beating for generations, and continues every time we choose unity over ego, and respect over rank.
