page 4 Towards a Healthy and Bully-Free Work Culture Eradicating workplace bullying requires a comprehensive cultural transformation, one that goes beyond policy enforcement to instil empathy, respect and social responsibility throughout the organisation. A culture of mutual respect must be the cornerstone of every workplace. A healthy work environment is not only free from bullying but also one where every individual feels valued, supported and empowered to grow. Workplace bullying is a silent enemy capable of destroying an organisation’s entire ecosystem; thus, every stakeholder, public servants, heads of department and governing authorities must play an active role in ensuring that the public service truly embodies a safe, healthy, and psychologically supportive workplace.
