Working Visit to Review the Implementation of the Distribution of COVID-19 Contract Officers and the Operation of Malaysian Health Ministry (KKM) Facilities Nationwide The working visit began with an inspection of the operation of the MAEPS Quarantine & Treatment Centre (PKRC), Serdang, on 4 March 2021. The delegation was led by Ms Norazlin binti Alias, Senior Deputy Director, Operations Development Division (BPO), with the presence of four (4) BPO officers. The working visit continues from 1 to 9 April 2021 with visits to the three (3) designated zones, namely the North Zone (Perlis, Kedah, Penang, and Perak), the South Zone (Negeri Sembilan and Melaka) and the East Zone (Pahang and Terengganu). The main objectives of the work visit are to review the implementation of the distribution of 18,217 COVID-19 workers and the operation of health facilities involved in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure that human resource management is well organised, and to look at the clinical and non-clinical activities/tasks carried out by contract health workers at COVID-19 Screening Centres (CAC), COVID-19 Quarantine & Treatment Centres (PKRC), and Vaccination Centres (PPV) nationwide. Lawatan Kerja Bagi Meninjau Pelaksanaan Agihan Petugas Kontrak COVID-19 Dan Pengoperasian Fasiliti Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) Di Seluruh Negara Lawatan kerja ini dimulakan dengan meninjau operasi Pusat Kuarantin & Rawatan COVID-19 (PKRC) MAEPS, Serdang pada 4 Mac 2021. Delegasi ini diketuai oleh Puan Norazlin binti Alias, Timbalan Pengarah Kanan, Bahagian Pembangunan Operasi (BPO) dengan kehadiran empat (4) orang pegawai BPO. Lawatan kerja diteruskan pada 1 April hingga 9 April 2021 dengan pergerakan pegawai ke tiga (3) zon yang telah ditetapkan iaitu Zon Utara (Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang dan Perak), Zon Selatan (Negeri Sembilan dan Melaka) dan Zon Timur (Pahang dan Terengganu). Objektif utama lawatan kerja adalah untuk meninjau pelaksanaan agihan 18,217 petugas COVID-19 dan pengoperasian fasiliti kesihatan yang terlibat dengan pengurusan pandemik COVID-19, memastikan pengurusan sumber manusia adalah teratur di samping melihat aktiviti/ tugas clinical dan non-clinical yang dijalankan oleh petugas kesihatan kontrak di Pusat-pusat Saringan COVID-19 (CAC), Pusat-pusat Kuarantin & Rawatan COVID-19 (PKRC) dan Pusat-pusat Pemberian Vaksin (PPV) di seluruh negara.
