Justeru itu, INTAN perlu mengkaji dan merombak semula kategori kursus yang ditawarkan untuk meningkatkan penumpuan bagi bidang - bidang strategik, pembangunan dan pemantapan kemahiran kognitif serta kompetensi dalam bidang digital. Antara bidang-bidang baru dan juga sedia ada yang perlu dipertimbangkan semula adalah: Therefore, INTAN needs to review and revise the categories of courses offered to create more focus on strategic areas, development, and strengthening of cognitive skills and competency in the digital field. Among the new and existing areas that need revision are: 1. Strategic Courses Future Thinking and Scenario Planning- enhanced Talent Development and Management Managing Media dan Communication Organisational Development Research and Development Governance 2. Enhancement of Cognitive Ability Entrepreneurship for Bureaucrats Problem Solving in Complex Environment Decision Making for Managerial Effectiveness Breakthrough Conversations Conducting and Facilitating Engagement Sessions Having Engaging Conversations Building High Performing Teams 3. Digital Competency Course Data Analytics Programming for Non-IT Officials AI for Senior Leaders Digital and Social Media Management and Strategies 1. Kursus Strategik Future Thinking and Scenario Planning- dipertingkatkan Talent Development and Management Managing Media dan Communication Organisational Development Research and Development Governance 2. Peningkatan Kebolehan Kognitif Kursus Keusahawanan (Entrepreneurship) for Bureaucrats Problem Solving in Complex Environment Decision Making for Managerial Effectiveness Breakthrough Conversations Conducting and Facilitating Engagement Sessions Having Engaging Conversations Building High Performing Teams 3. Kursus Kompetensi Digital Data Analytics Programming for Non-IT Officials AI for Senior Leaders Digital and Social Media Management and Strategies Sistem Pengumpulan Data Diselaraskan Dicadangkan satu projek dilaksanakan untuk menyemak dan mengemaskini semula sistem pengumpulan data yang lebih sistematik, efisien dan tepat. Sistem HRMIS dan DTIMS khususnya harus diselaraskan agar pengguna kedua-dua sistem ini dapat menggunakan sistem dengan lebih efisien dalam perencanaan dan pembangunan program latihan dan pembangunan bakat yang bertepatan. Coordinated Data Collection System It is recommended that a project is implemented to review and update the data collection system so that it is more systematic, efficient, and accurate. The HRMIS and DTIMS systems should be coordinated to allow users of both systems to use the system more efficiently in the planning and developing appropriate training and talent development programmes.
