MyHRMIS MOBILE 2021 MyHRMIS MOBILE 2021 Bermula pada tahun 2014, JPA telah mula mengorak langkah dalam aplikasi mudah alih menerusi pelancaran aplikasi MyHRMIS Cuti. Serentak dengan itu, JPA terus bergerak ke hadapan dengan pelancaran MyHRMIS Profil dan MyHRMIS eGL pada tahun 2015; MyHRMIS Self Check pada tahun 2016; MyHRMIS Care pada tahun 2017; dan seterusnya MyHRMIS Keluar Pejabat pada tahun 2019. Sentiasa berpegang kepada mantera Kepantasan, Integriti dan Profesional serta mengambil kira pendapat dan cadangan para pengguna, JPA telah melakukan penjenamaan semula terhadap enam (6) aplikasi mudah alih MyHRMIS dengan membangunkan satu aplikasi mudah alih baharu iaitu MyHRMIS Mobile yang menggabungkan semua fungsi dalam MyHRMIS terdahulu. MyHRMIS Mobile kini boleh diakses dalam bentuk yang lebih profesional, ringkas, menarik dan kemas. Aplikasi ini telah dilancarkan dan dirasmikan oleh YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Khairul Adib bin Abd Rahman, Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam pada 21 April 2021 dan ia boleh dimuat turun menerusi platform GAMMA, Play Store, App Store dan Huawei App Gallery. Selaras dengan semangat sentiasa memberikan yang terbaik untuk memastikan semua penjawat awam dapat menggunakan kemudahan ini dengan lancar, penambahbaikan aplikasi ini sentiasa dilaksanakan dari semasa ke semasa. Sehingga 31 Disember 2021, jumlah muat turun aplikasi MyHRMIS Mobile versi 2.0.5 ini adalah sebanyak 2,261,940 menerusi pelbagai platfom tersedia. Jelaslah bahawa penggunaan aplikasi MyHRMIS Mobile mendapat sambutan yang baik dan reaksi yang positif dalam kalangan penjawat awam. Since 2014, PSD has started making strides in mobile applications by launching the MyHRMIS Leave application. PSD continues to move forward with the launch of MyHRMIS Profile and MyHRMIS eGL in 2015, MyHRMIS Self Check-in in 2016, MyHRMIS Care in 2017, and MyHRMIS Keluar Pejabat in 2019. Always adhering to the mantra of Speed, Integrity, and Professionalism and taking into account the opinions and suggestions of users, PSD has rebranded the six (6) MyHRMIS mobile applications by developing a new mobile application, MyHRMIS Mobile, which combines all the functions in the previous MyHRMIS. MyHRMIS Mobile is now accessible in a more professional, simple, attractive, and neat form. This application was launched and officiated by YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Khairul Adib bin Abd Rahman, Director General of Public Service, on 21 April 2021, and it can be downloaded through the GAMMA platform, Play Store, App Store, and Huawei App Gallery. In line with the spirit of always providing the best to ensure that all civil servants can use this facility smoothly, continuous improvements are made to this application. As of 31 December 2021, the total number of downloads of the MyHRMIS Mobile application version 2.0.5 through various available platforms is 2,261,940, reflecting a good response and positive reaction among civil servants towards the MyHRMIS Mobile application.
