Pembangunan PSP JPA telah berjaya dilaksanakan dengan teratur mengikut masa yang ditetapkan melalui perancangan tadbir urus projek dan kerjasama pasukan projek yang terlibat secara menyeluruh. Pembangunan PSP JPA telah dirancangmulai September 2020 dan diluluskan dalam Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pemandu ICT ( JPICT) JPA pada 28 September 2020. Mesyuarat Kick-Off khidmat perundingan bersama pihak MAMPU telah diadakan pada 2 Februari 2021 manakala Mesyuarat Sign Off diadakan pada 15 September 2021. Pelan ini telah dilancarkan oleh KPPA semasa Perhimpunan Bulanan JPA pada 23 Disember 2021. PSP JPA 2021-2025 dengan matlamat “ICT Pemangkin Strategik Pengurusan Sumber Manusia dalam Pendigitalan Perkhidmatan Awam” mempunyai empat teras strategik pendigitalan, sepuluh strategi dan 30 program. Pelan yang dihasilkan ini akan menjadi rujukan dan panduan dalam pembangunan serta pelaksanaan projek dan program ICT JPA dalam tempoh lima tahun. The PSP PSD development was successfully implemented in an orderly manner according to the set time through project governance planning and the cooperation of the project team involved as a whole. The PSD PSP development has been planned since September 2020 and approved in the ICT Steering Committee ( JPICT) Meeting of the PSD on 28 September 2020. The Kick-Off Meeting of the consultation service with MAMPU was held on 2 February 2021, while the Sign Off Meeting was held on 15 September 2021. This plan was launched by KPPA during the PSD Monthly Assembly on 23 December 2021. PSP PSD 2021-2025 with the goal of “ICT as a Catalyst for Strategic Human Resource Management in the Digitisation of Public Services” consists of four strategic digitalisation thrusts, ten strategies, and 30 programmes. The plan developed will be a reference and guide in developing and implementing PSD ICT projects and programmes within five years.
