Selain itu, intipati amanat YBhg. Tan Sri KPPA turut menyentuh perkara-perkara seperti berikut: i. Mempelajari amalan terbaik di agensi penerima dan garapkan pengalaman yang ditimba untuk kemajuan Perkhidmatan Awam; ii. Menjadi penghubung dalam merapatkan jurang antara sektor perkhidmatan awam dan juga swasta; dan iii. Menjaga tatakelakuan memandangkan mereka masih lagi tertakluk di bawah peraturan-peraturan penjawat awam. Melalui libat urus dan perkongsian pengalaman oleh peserta, antara perkara yang dipelajari oleh pegawai adalah: i. Komitmen organisasi dalam membangunkan budaya kerja yang positif dan berintegriti pada setiap peringkat; ii. Membina organisasi yang tangkas dan adaptif melalui penerapan prinsip “trust” dan kerjasama sepasukan; dan iii. Penggunaan teknologi dan digital bagi meningkatkan akses pegawai kepada maklumat penting sekaligus meningkatkan produktiviti serta kecekapan. “Leaders trust the employees and it increases work performance” (Dr. Inas, PWC) “The HR operation must be transformed digitally in line with the rapid changing environment” (Aireen, Nestle) “In here you have to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn” (Nadia, Petronas) Apart from that, the essence of YBhg. Tan Sri DGPS wisdom sharing session highlighted the following matters: i. Learn best practices in the agencies and draw on the experience gained for the advancement of the Public Service; ii. To be a liaison in bridging the gap between the public and private service sectors; and iii. Maintain a code of conduct as they are still subject to the rules of the public officers. Through the involvement and experience sharing session by the participants, among the things that the officers learned were: i. Organizational commitment in developing a positive work culture and integrity at every level; ii. Build an agile and adaptive organization through the application of the principle of “trust” and teamwork; and iii. The use of technology and digital to increase officers’ access to critical information while increasing productivity and efficiency.
