YBhg. Datuk turut menyeru penjawat awam membantu menghentikan rantaian COVID-19 dengan mematuhi Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan bagi memutuskan rantaian wabak tersebut, mengelakkan 3S – iaitu berada di tempat sesak (crowded places) , tempat yang sempit dan tertutup (confined space) dan bersembang dekat-dekat (close conversation) . YBhg. Datuk DGPS also called on civil servants to help to break the COVID-19 chain by complying with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set to break the chain of the pandemic, avoid 3Cs, which include being in crowded places, confined space close conversation. Di majlis sambutan itu juga semua Penjawat Awam diingatkan supaya beradaptasi dengan keadaan persekitaran untuk kekal relevan dan terus bertahan. YBhg. Datuk turut menyaran penjawat awam agar bekerja dengan sepenuh hati dan amalkan budaya kerja berintegriti, utamakan kesegeraan (urgency) dan kepantasan bekerja, selain peka dan responsif kepada kehendak dan keperluan realistik pelanggan serta pemegang taruh (stakeholders) . Sekiranya ada proses kerja yang perlu diubah (change) bagi mempercepatkan proses perkhidmatan, ia perlu dilakukan dengan segera agar dapat membantu sektor ekonomi kembali ke landasannya, buat dengan pantas (speed) , tanpa melanggar prinsip-prinsip integriti. Kita perlu memudahkan (facilitate) dan bukan mengecewakan (frustrate) . (To Facilitate Not To Frustrate) . During the event, all civil servants were advised to adapt to the surroundings and to remain relevant. YBhg. Datuk DGPS also urged civil servants to work wholeheartedly and practice a work culture with integrity, prioritize urgency and speed of work, and be sensitive and responsive to customers and stakeholders’ actual wants and needs. If a work process needs to be changed to speed up the service process, it must be done. In that case, it needs to be done immediately to help the economic sector get back on track by doing it fast (speed) without violating the principles of integrity.
