SAMBUTAN BULAN KEBANGSAAN DAN KIBAR JALUR GEMILANG BERSAMA PENJAWAT AWAM NEGERI KEDAH, ANJURAN JABATAN PENERANGAN MALAYSIA (JAPEN), KEMENTERIAN KOMUNIKASI DAN MULTIMEDIA MALAYSIA (KKMM) NATIONAL MONTH CELEBRATION AND WAVING OF THE JALUR GEMILANG CAMPAIGN WITH KEDAH’S PUBLIC OFFICERS, ORGANIZED BY THE INFORMATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA (JAPEN), MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND MULTIMEDIA OF MALAYSIA (KKMM) Pada 13 Ogos 2020 (Khamis), Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam (KPPA), YBhg. Datuk Mohd Khairul Adib bin Abd Rahman telah mengadakan lawatan turun padang bagi Sambutan Bulan Kebangsaan dan Kibar Jalur Gemilang bersama-sama Penjawat Awam Negeri Kedah di De Baron Resort, Pulau Langkawi. Turut hadir ialah YB Dato’ Paduka Ammar bin Dato’ Shaikh Mahmood Naim, Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Kedah, YBhg. Dato’ Suriani binti Dato’ Ahmad, Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia dan YBhg. Dato’ Mohd. Sukari bin Ab. Hamid, Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Komunikasi Strategik), Jabatan Penerangan Malaysia. On 13th August 2020 (Thursday), the Director General of Public Service (DGPS), YBhg. Datuk Mohd Khairul Adib bin Abd Rahman attended the National Month Celebration and the Kibar Jalur Gemilang Campaign with Kedah’s public officers at De Baron Resort, Langkawi. YB Dato’ Paduka Ammar bin Dato’ Shaikh Mahmood Naim, Kedah State Secretary, YBhg. Dato’ Suriani binti Dato’ Ahmad, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia and YBhg. Dato’ Mohd. Sukari bin Ab. Hamid, Deputy Director General (Strategic Communications), Department of Information Malaysia, also attended the ceremony. Bertemakan “Malaysia Prihatin” yang membawa pengertian bahawa seluruh rakyat Malaysia, sama ada penjawat awam, sektor swasta, sukarelawan NGO mahupun orang perseorangan turut bersama-sama memerangi musuh di kala ini iaitu wabak Covid-19. Manakala PRIHATIN menunjukkan inisiatif Kerajaan yang merangkumi aspek ekonomi, kebajikan dan kelangsungan rakyat Malaysia. Antara intipati ucapan YBhg. Datuk dalam ucapannya mengingatkan penjawat awam agar melaksanakan dasar-dasar Kerajaan tanpa dibayangi fahaman politik bagi membawa kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan kepada rakyat dan negara. Penjawat awam hendaklah sentiasa berpegang kepada prinsip, nilai moral, berintegriti dan bermaruah. “Malaysia Prihatin” was selected as the theme for 2020’s National Month Celebration, which connoted that all Malaysians, whether the civil servants, private sectors, NGO volunteers or individuals, are together to fight the current enemy, the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, PRIHATIN displays the Government’s initiative that covers the economic, welfare and survival aspects of Malaysians. Among the main points, in his speech, YBhg. Datuk DGPS reminded civil servants to implement Government policies without being overshadowed by political ideology to bring prosperity and well-being to the people and the country.
