C. SESI WEBINAR MENGENAI DATA RAYA DALAM PERKHIDMATAN AWAM • JPA dengan kerjasama The World Bank telah menganjurkan Webinar mengenai Data Raya Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (Big Data in the Public Sector) pada 20 November 2020. Program ini merupakan salah satu sesi libat urus berterusan antara JPA dengan organisasi antarabangsa. • Pembentang terdiri daripada Mr. Khuram Farooq, Senior Governance Specialist, Govtech Team dan Mr Trevor Monroe, Analytics & Tool Unit, Development Data Group . Kedua-dua pembentang daripada World Bank Washington . Webinar ini memfokuskan kepada Big Data dalam bidang penyelidikan dan penilaian (research & evaluation) . Selain daripada itu, kajian kes ke atas beberapa negara terpilih, cabaran dan hala tuju data raya dalam Perkhidmatan Awam turut dibincangkan. Dengan kepelbagaian data yang ada pada masa kini, Perkhidmatan Awam perlu menggunakan sepenuhnya Data Raya untuk tujuan penambahbaikan penyampaian Perkhidmatan Awam. C. WEBINAR ON BIG DATA IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR • In collaboration with The World Bank, PSD organized a Webinar on Big Data in the Public Sector on 20th November 2020. This programme is one of the ongoing engagement sessions between PSD and international organizations. • This webinar focused on Big Data in the field of research and evaluation. The session included Mr Khuram Farooq, Senior Governance Specialist, Govtech Team and Mr Trevor Monroe, Analytics & Tool Unit, Data Development Group as the presenters. Both presenters are from the World Bank of Washington. Case studies on selected countries, challenges, and direction of public data in the Civil Service were also discussed. With the diversity of data available today, the Public Service needs to make full use of Public Data to improve the delivery.
