Surat Edaran JPA.SARAAN(S)256/6/31 JLD.7 (2) Arahan Kehadiran Bertugas Pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam Persekutuan Di Negeri Selangor, Sabah, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya dan Labuan Semasa Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat Kerajaan telah memutuskan mulai 20 Oktober 2020 sehingga tamatnya tempoh PKPB, Ketua Jabatan hendaklah memastikan keberadaan pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam Persekutuan ke pejabat adalah pada tahap maksimum 30% sambil memastikan perkhidmatan asas agensi tidak terjejas. Surat Edaran JPA.SARAAN(S)256/6/31 JLD.7 (4) Peringatan Mengenai: • Peraturan-peraturan semasa bekerja dari rumah termasuk semasa tempoh PKPB; dan • Pematuhan Peraturan-Peraturan Pegawai Awam (Kelakuan dan Tatatertib) 1993 [P.U. (A) 395/1993] Ketua Jabatan hendaklah memutuskan kaedah pemantauan keberadaan pegawai di pejabat dan Surat Edaran JPA. SARAAN(S)256/6/31 JLD.7 (2) hendaklah dibaca bersekali dengan Surat Edaran JPA.SARAAN(S)256/6/31 JLD.6(2). Ketua Jabatan boleh mengambil tindakan tatatertib kepada mereka yang ingkar perintah selaras dengan Peraturan- Peraturan Pegawai Awam (Kelakuan dan Tatatertib) 1993 [P.U. (A) 395/1993]. Surat Edaran JPA.800-3/2/1 (20) Bantuan Khas Kewangan Tahun 2021 Kerajaan telah bersetuju memberikan Bantuan Khas Kewangan Tahun 2021 kepada pegawai Perkhidmatan Awam Persekutuan di Gred 56 dan ke bawah sebanyak RM600.00. Pemberian ini turut dipanjangkan kepada Pekerja Sambilan Harian, guru interim, pemandu (yang dilantik oleh Pegawai Gred JUSA B ke atas, Gred Khas A, Anggota Pentadbiran, Hakim dan Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman), pesara Kerajaan yang menerima pencen, pencen terbitan di bawah undang-undang pencen dan pesara Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja serta veteran berpencen dan tidak berpencen dengan amaun sebanyak RM300.00. Pelaksanaan Bantuan Khas Kewangan ini adalah melalui Surat Edaran JPA.800-3/2/1 (20) dan dibayar pada 25 Januari 2021. Circulated Letter JPA.SARAAN(S)256/6/31 JLD.7 (2) Instruction on Duty Attendance of Federal Public Service Officers in the State of Selangor, Sabah, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan During Conditional Movement Control Order The Government has decided that from 20th October 2020 until the end of the CMCO period, the Head of Department must ensure that the presence of Federal Public Service officers in the office is at a maximum of 30% while ensuring that the agency’s essential services are not affected. Circulated Letter JPA.SARAAN(S)256/6/31 JLD.7 (4) Reminder Regarding: • Rules while working from home, including during the CMCO period; and • Compliance with the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993 [P.U. (A) 395/1993] The Head of Department shall decide on monitoring the presence of officers in the office and the Circular Letter JPA. SARAAN (S) 256/6/31 JLD.7 (2) shall be read together with the Circular Letter JPA.SARAAN (S) 256/6/31 JLD.6 (2). The Head of Department may take disciplinary action against those who disobey the order following the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993 [P.U. (A) 395/1993]. Circulated Letter JPA.800-3/2/1 (20) Special Financial Assistance 2021 The Government agreed to provide Special Financial Assistance for 2021 to Federal Public Service officers in Grade 56 and below with RM600.00. This initiative is also extended to Part-Time Daily Workers, interim teachers, drivers (appointed by JUSA Grade B Officers and above, Special Grade A, Administrative Members, Judges and Judicial Commissioners), Government pensioners who receive pensions, derivative pensions under the law pensions and retirees of the Employees Provident Fund as well as pensionable and non-pensionable veterans, with an amount of RM300.00.The implementation of this Special Financial Assistance is through the Circulated Letter JPA .800- 3/2/1 (20) and will be paid on 25th January 2021. 179 LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2020 ANNUAL REPORT
