PENASIHAT UNDANG-UNDANG (PUU) Memberi nasihat undang-undang berkenaan dengan perkara yang dirujuk kepadanya oleh Kerajaan. LEGAL ADVISOR (PUU) To provide legal advice in respect of matters referred to by the Government. ______________________________________________________ UNIT KOMUNIKASI KORPORAT (UKK) Bertindak sebagai pemangkin imej korporat JPA dengan menjadi pemerhati, pendengar dan penyampai maklumat pelanggan dan korporat kepada JPA dengan fungsi seperti berikut : • Bertindak sebagai ‘focal point’ Jabatan dalam penyampaian dan penyaluran maklumat di peringkat jabatan, nasional dan global; • Merancang, mengurus dan mendokumentasikan bahan maklumat bagi setiap dasar, peranan, program dan aktiviti, serta majlis rasmi Jabatan melalui penerbitan bahan cetakan seperti buletin, laporan tahunan, brosur, risalah; rakaman foto; dan video bagi tujuan edaran dan rujukan pihak awam dan media; • Mengurus dan menyelaraskan aduan, pertanyaan dan cadangan yang diterima oleh JPA melalui SISPAA, 1MOCC, surat, emel, telefon, faks dan sosial media. • Merancang dan melaksanakan pelan media serta menguruskan perhubungan awam dan media dengan merancang strategi media dalam penyebaran maklumat menerusi liputan media/sidang media, kenyataan akhbar, siaran media dan temu bual khas TV/radio/akhbar, serta program bersama media. CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS UNIT (UKK) To act as the catalyst for PSD’s corporate image by being an observer, listener, and presenter of the customer and corporate information to PSD with the following functions: • Act as the Department’s focal point in the delivery and dissemination of information at the departmental, national and global levels; • Plan, manage, and document information materials for each policy, role, programmes and activity, as well as the Department’s official functions through the publication of printed materials such as bulletins, annual reports, brochures, pamphlets; photo recording; and videos for public’s dissemination and reference; • Manage and coordinate complaints, queries and suggestions received by PSD through SISPAA, 1MOCC, letters, email, telephone, fax, and social media; • Planning and implementing media action plans and manage public and media relations by planning media strategies in disseminating information through media coverage/press conferences, press releases, TV/radio/ newspaper special interviews, and programmes with the media. ______________________________________________________ UNIT INTEGRITI (UI) • Mengesan dan mengesahkan aduan salah laku serta pelanggaran tatakelakuan dan etika di Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam serta memastikan tindakan susulan yang sewajarnya diambil; • Menerima dan mengambil tindakan ke atas semua aduan/maklumat mengenai salahlaku serta pelanggaran tatakelakuan di Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam. INTEGRITY UNIT (UI) • To identify and verify complaints of misconduct and violations of the code of conduct and ethics in the Public Service Department and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken; • Receive and act on all complaints/information on misconduct and violations of code of conduct in the Public Service Department. ______________________________________________________ PROFIL KORPORAT CORPORATE PROFILE 15 LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2020 ANNUAL REPORT
