FUNGSI BAHAGIAN FUNCTION OF DIVISIONS MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIVISION (BKP) • To manage the restructuring and inspection of staffing in PSD. • Managing the placement and exchange of PSD officers. • Managing the development of training and competency of personnel in PSD. • Managing matters related to services and counselling for PSD officers. • Managing financial affairs, procurement, and development in PSD. • Managing quality programmes in PSD. • Managing administrative and logistics in PSD. • Managing the Federal Territory Government Members Welfare and Sports Council (MAKSWIP) and PSD Club activities. • Coordinating the implementation of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) application in PSD. • Secretariat of Human Resource Development Panel, Excellent Service Awards Council (APC), Disciplinary Board, Integrity Management Committee and Joint Council Department (MBJ). ______________________________________________________ INSTITUT TADBIRAN AWAM NEGARA (INTAN) • Melaksanakan latihan yang memberi tumpuan kepada pembangunan sikap, pengukuhan kemahiran dan pemerkasaan pengetahuan pegawai awam; dan • Melaksanakan aktiviti-aktiviti penyelidikan, konsultasi dan penerbitan bagi melengkapkan pegawai awam dengan bakat, kebolehan dan pemikiran yang konstruktif. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (INTAN) • Conduct training focusing on character development, skills strengthening and knowledge empowerment of public servants; and • Carry out research, consultation, and publication activities to equip public officers with constructive talent, ability, and thinking. ______________________________________________________ BAHAGIAN PENYELIDIKAN, PERANCANGAN DAN DASAR (BPPD) • Melaksanakan penyelidikan dan perancangan sumber manusia sektor awam bagi meningkatkan mutu pengurusan sumber manusia melalui penyelidikan dan perancangan sumber manusia sektor awam • Meningkatkan keupayaan JPA mengurus dasar sumber manusia melalui perancangan dan penyelidikan dasar makro; dan • Menjalinkan kolaborasi strategik dalam negara dan antarabangsa. RESEARCH, PLANNING AND POLICY DIVISION (BPPD) • Implementing research and human resource planning in the public sector to improve the quality of human resource management through public sector human resource research and planning. • Enhancing PSD’s ability to manage human resource policy through macro policy planning and research; and • Establishing strategic collaborations nationally and internationally. ______________________________________________________ UNIT AUDIT DALAM (UAD) i. Memberi nasihat dan pandangan mengenai kawalan dalaman terhadap semua sistem termasuk sistem ICT; ii. Melaporkan kepada Ketua Eksekutif hasil pengauditan dan mengambil tindakan susulan terhadap perkara yang dibangkitkan; dan iii. Menilai aktiviti Jabatan dengan memberi tumpuan terhadap penggunaan sumber serta pencapaian matlamat yang diharapkan secara efektif, efisien dan ekonomi. INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT (UAD) i. To provide advice and views on internal control on all systems, including ICT systems; ii. To report to the Chief Executive the results of the audit and follow up on the matters raised; and iii.
